Jews are technically Muslims by the definition of what Islam means, and for many Judaism is also not only a religion, but also an ethnic group - the children of prophet Jacob (for me, I call him father). Jews along history have managed to perserve their identity by inter-marriage and match making. The idea of converting the the spouse's religion on marriage is the same on both religions. As a Jew, I feel like those types of peaceful conversations between Muslims and Jews should be more encouraged. It can be very insightful and important in order to understand each other better and teach compassion and acceptance between the people of the Abrahamic faith, rather than finding reasons to divide or belittle others because of the sin of pride. That's the only way to have peace.
