How wonderful and inspiring this programme is. All the children and parents are wonderful, great results. Charlie, the little boy with epilepsy...... so great to hear that his condition has seen a dramatic improvement through diet alone.

Saw this programme when on TV , having a child with epilepsy, fortunately she has now grown out of this, but at the age of 48 now has migraines,

Did you say no previous studies?!!!! This was discovered in 1921 at the Mayo Clinic. There’s even a movie with Meryl Streep “First Fo No HARM”. Good to see people are taking it seriously. I’ve been on Keto for over 20 years now (based on Atkins Diet); give credit where credit is due though.
