WLL = Working Load Limit (not Working Lifting Load) Thorough Examination (LOLER inspection) required on the quick hitch every 12 months usually but would also require examining after installation on the receiving machine - therefore irrelevant that it has a thorough examination before it's shipped. The machine it is fitted to will also require a thorough examination as it is lifting equipment. Perhaps the most crucial omission from your video is training! Lifting with excavators is dangerous if not done correctly, so anyone needing to do it should undergo proper training.
