In this elden ring video I'm testing whether any of the strongest bosses in elden ring can survive a lore accurate lichdragon fortissax.
To run this test I enabled death blight on all of the bosses and also gave some extra blight inflicting skills to fortissax to make him way stronger.

Dragonkin is a mixed of human and dragon, in the second phase he tactically breaks the distance to attack with lightning and at the same time his melee attacks are damn powerful, In one animation, he throws lightning into the ground while flying, like Radagon. Also from the point of lore of knowledge, he was originally a HUMAN. Perfect hybrid. Let's imagine for a moment that Godfrey became dragon.

He perfected both Malenia phases. And it makes sense why Deathblight fully kills her whitout allowing phase 2. Deathblight is a parasite that roots you and takes your body, there is no phase two because she is now a plant.

Fortissax is my favorite Elden Ring boss. Banger ost, absolute lightshow of a bossfight, can be faught middgame or late depending if you want the challenge or not, incredibly hidden, offers a nice alternative to the copy and paste ancient dragons, and to top it all off his lore is amazing. What's not to like?

I really wish Deathblight and Madness were usable in PvE. It doesn't even need to be this broken, it could just be a damage formula like Bleed. If you made a mod that basically turned Deatblight and Madness into a Bleed clone vs. non-NPC enemies and bosses, I'd download it in a heartbeat. It would make those kinds of builds way more fun in PvE

I just really want lore accurate Madness. Where proccing it on enemies turns them crazy and they start attacking anyone and do madness on hit. So you can really let loose the chaos by making all the enemies start fighting each other.

If only we had THIS Fortissax in the vanilla game, then maybe we'd have more time to appreciate its theme. Another point for Chadfrey for being the only non-dragon to get a win outside a bonus round. Not counting Rick since he's meant to be broken by design. Speaking of dragons, I think we can all agree Dragonkin winning was the biggest surprise here. Its AI was surprisingly optimized for this matchup and avoided deathblight altogether.

It was impressive visuals for sure especially the duel lighting bolts it holds, so epic but seeing the damage from the Godskins and Maliketh - you can get how fearsome he is but if you imagine a whole team of Godskins you can see how they could kill gods and dragons.
