In this video I'm testing the power of Whis' Ultra Instinct in Xenoverse 2. I've equipped a mod to vanilla Whis with a new unique style of dodges which makes him capable of dodging all strikes and blasts, whether it's from
super or ultimate skills, making him virtually invulnerable as Whis should be.
