Meet the mighty Sophie Michelle ASMR an expert in the field of ASMR or as I like to call it Asleepy Sleep Mmmm Relaxing (nap, nap).
Sophie is a British ASMR star and an amazing person and she took me under her wing and taught me all the tricks of the ASMR trade and also what ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) actually is, why people like it and why she is so good at it, 470K subscribers don’t lie cockers, unless they lie down and go to sleep after hearing the soothing voice of Sophie.
ASMR is all about relaxation, making you feel all lovely and comfy and sometimes helping you fall asleep, in this video I’ll find out about sleep triggers, tingly feelings, inaudible words, gentle whispering, and personal attention.
