Can Anything From Warhammer 40k Kill SCP-096 by Majorkill - Reaction 

Some canons have Shy Guy ripping apart tanks and helicopters like they were wet paper. So definitely no. The fact he can swim through lava and survive in outer space and generate enough energy and power to force himself onto other planets is insane and puts Shy Guy on a metaphysical level. Drop Shy Guy on Catachan, he'll be fine. Drop him in the Warp, he'll exterminate demons until he hibernates and then he repeats the cycle. And if someone sees a picture of his face outside the Warp, he'll crawl out of there, because Shy Guy is made to be broken frankly.

The SCP universe has shit that would make the Chaos gods tremble in abject terror. Hell, one of the theories of what the Scarlet King is is that he's an interdeminsional god slaying super god.

Short of it being thrown into the warp and everyone praying that it gets dissolved, no.

The thing about this SCP, from what i saw, is that natural law only apply when it can be explained otherwise, SCPs in general always stay true to being a supernatural force and always complete whatever is expected of them otherwise, they aren't SCPs. What's the main thing that make the shy guy? Hiding his face and kill whoever 'see' it by every definitions. How can he 'know' who and where someone saw his face in the first place, as his rampage can be trigger through picture and camera? His strength, endurance and ability to track his target, ects... For me, these 'expectations' of SCP are a set of rules that reality deem true so everything warp around it so it become real. The shy guy is simple, someone see his face, he'll find and kill them. Some guy saw his face while sitting inside a space station half a universe away, the shy guy getting there normally is impossible but according to the rule here, whoever saw his face was 'supposed' to be killed by him so reality make it happen.

In my opinion SCP 096 would likely be one of the few things feared by the orcs. Think of it. Orcs love to fight but unless you’re highly skilled and modified or a god like being your basically instana killed by 096. It wouldn’t fight the orc it would just kill them. It wouldn’t be fun and besides that they would not be able to stop it when they realize it’s not fun to fight. It would tear through whatever armor or vehicle or meatsheild an orc uses. The major problem with this is the more it is hated and feared by the orcs the worse the problem becomes because of WAAAAAAAAAAAG magic.

Would a Culexus Assassin be able too? They do erase/snuff out souls even immortal demons. And Gray knights would just consider 096 a powerful unaligned demon.

I kind of wish things like SCP-096 were in Warhammer. I really don't like Games Workshop's propensity to always have cool things given to Chaos because they want Chaos to be the only 'real' threat in the setting. An example of this is in the Gotrek and Felix book Orcslayer where we finally see why all this horrific shit is going down, only for an offhand comment attributing such destruction existing only because of chaos corruption. I find it boring/irritating at best. Anyway, I digress. I just want to see cool things in the setting and watch writer creativity be allowed to run wild.

Only right answer is to send it to the warp, then hope Khorne finds it first and keeps him as his favorite new murder pup that never leaves his side. Commented before watching. Great minds and all that.😅

It is basically a perpetual with no real mind, and possibly no soul. Quite difficult, but still possible.

Space Marines would body no name fodder jedi. But they would be absolutely SCREWED if they faced Anakin, Yoda, Obi-Wan and Luke. The Force gives them foresight. And it can also bypass armor. So even if SM armor is impervious to Lightsabers, it offers no protection from the Force. Any competent Jedi can just crush all of their organs just like that. Plus, Anakin himself is powerful enough to make the living manifestations of the Dark and Light side of the force kneel AT THE SAME TIME. The Son and the Daughter are basically Star Wars' equivalent of Chaos Gods. And Anakin was able to hold both of them down with his mind.

Unless they kill 096 he would be a constantly reoccurring pain in the ass/boss monster that they would have to keep throwing into the warp.

SCP-096 has shown the ability to pull out a trump card from nowhere as seen by a tale where it was launched into the sun. When it hit the surface of the sun it began to sink like any indestructible thing would it couldn’t leave because of the extreme gravity and the foundation thought there finally got rid of him but when someone looked a picture everything seemed normal at first but the Earth’s orbit started to decay and the planet literally fell into the sun. So if it can’t get to you then it will make you come to it. In another more recent story the foundation decided the best way to terminate it would be to use some anomalies to create a spacecraft to go faster then light then send it to a black hole. Unfortunately for the them a photo was leaked online at a very inconvenient time and 096 began to start up its rage state as the black hole began the spaghettification process and as the outside observers watched thinking it wouldn’t survive. 096 began to move its body at such an incredible rate it began traveling faster then light as it slowly started emerging from the black hole. Its bones would not break no matter how much physics tried to break it. It literally broke physics. So when it finally emerged from the black holes grasp it got launched faster then light and when it hurt earth it exploded it. Imo I think there’s good reasons that the SCP’s that survived did survive. 682 survived by using its signature adaptive nature. It forced 096 to stop by revealing something to it that’s why whenever 096 gets near 682 it now cowers in fear. 106 survived by destroying 096 mentally just like 682 did it not only tortured 096 physically but mentally as 096’s target was so close yet it couldn’t get to it. 173 being the only thing capable of breaking its bones made it significantly harder for 096 to destroy the statue as it would be in constant regeneration and perhaps the breaking of its bones is the only thing that can make it feel physical pain. Also despite what he said there is one story where 096 has traveled between dimensions when 507 the reluctant dimension hopper saw its face he was sent to another universe right before 096 could get him and when he thought he was safe 096 appeared somehow and then 507 was teleported again and this process when on for some time until 096 stopped the chase most likely do to the constant dimension hopping meaning it’s innate sense on where its target is located is being constantly reset. All that would need to happen is if a photo was spread throughout all the factions and their technology then 096 would have trillions of new targets and would be impossible to capture.

15:12 okay so mayorkill is misunderstanding how SCP Canon works. There isn't a definitive SCP Canon. There are multiple Canons. There's a canon Hub. But afaik there's no such thing as a "non canon SCP story". By making the story you create a new Canon that is afaik just as canonical as any story found on the canon Hub. For an example of how canonicity works in scp look at SCP 001. Any or all or none of the entries can be the real SCP 001.

Nurgle would probably despise 096. It breaks the cycle of rot and decay because it doesn't die. Tzeentch would probs do some funny experiments to try figure out what the fuck it is. Slaanesh would find it either as a cute never ending torture toy or as a cute creature due to its obsession with wanting its face unseen. Khorne would let 096 run right in front of his throne, watching it tear apart his Daemons forever. Then there are other races. Dark Elves would try use it as a renewable battery of torture energy. Greenskins would find it fun as hell to fight because its a fight that doesn't end. Tyranids would want to take its biomass to try see if they can create Tyranid forms with the same powers. Tau would try to show it the Greater Good only to basically have a recreation of when they tried to befriend Orks. Imperium would figure out why it gets aggressive then probably lock up in that prison under the Golden Palace where Custodes will watch of it for eternity with no issue.

They grow resistance, or outright immunity to whatever they're fighting - plus, couldn't they just eat SCP-096, dunk his remains in the acidic Reclamation Pools and poof, no more Shy Guy... Then again, when Tyranids absorbed Nurgle's taint or Slaanesh's... uh, taint I guess, the Tyranids took on properties of Nurgle & Slaanesh I wonder if Shy Guy would be endless entertainment for Khorne or Da Orks, seeing as how there'd be endless fighting & killing?

Majorkill has no idea about dimensional scaling nether do you in Tales 096 has smacked around Elder gods infinitely beyond the gods in 40k. Composite 096 Solos 40k with no concept difficulty.

Hard disagree on two things: Tzeentch not finding 096 interesting, and "throw your problems into the Warp." 1. Being the God of Trolling, Tzeentch would have definitely spread images of his face around, or simply yeet bone boy through a portal to some random planet to fuck with them. 2. So, beside that reason showing the Warp isn't a reliable method to dispose of 096, you need to think back on the SCP Foundation and why they chose to *contain* instead of getting rid of threats: Because it is dangerous to upset the status quo. Take the time they tried to kill 682 by removing his concept from existence, only for 682 to develop countermeasures and become a conceptual being and turn right back to destroying all of reality. Point is, the Warp is inherently too "chaotic," random, and unreliable to effectively remove 096 as a threat. Especially when there are entities in the Warp such as Tzeentch who KNOWS what you are trying to do and definitely going to reverse UNO you later. Like, why would you give a Keter class ammo to Chaos to shoot you in the face with? And there is literally nothing stopping them from buffing 096 with their blessings, then send him right back.

ehhhhh some jedi would body even tyberos in one shot. their powers range from rock throwing to dragging spaceships out of space. yes most of them are garbage but there are some that are better than even medium to high tier psykers without any downsides and cooldowns. and most spartans 100% slaughter a space marine. they have the power of 2 put in a normalish human body. and yes, kid goku does solo most of 40k.

Sorry, but I don't think 096 could kill Lorgar, as he's a Daemon now. I'm not even sure it could banish Lorgar, as we don't know exactly what he can do now that he's ascended. Maybe it could, but there's such few lore on Daemon Lorgar that I'm not sure about it. :/ Could an image of pug puppy eyes stop 096 in its tracks?

What if 096 killed Lucius the Eternal? A Space Marine the average no name one off Jedi but a Master especially a named one could take a marine.

Well 096 doesn't have any defenses against reality benders and psykers are reality benders so I think some one like ahriman would be capable of killing 096. Retcon gun might also work.

I really quite dislike the amount of downplaying Star Wars gets when compared to Warhammer. Pretty sure many Jedi and Jedi Abilities would be powerful against to either defeat or resist Space Marines. Like the Force Hive Mind that the Ancient Jedi used against the Sith that allowed all of them to feel, see, sense and think as one which was great for large scale war.

Vulcan built a dreadnought so strong it could not be damaged, it was made from age of technology metal. It might be able to stop 096 for a time.
