It’s just common sense and I always wondered how such knowledgeable guy like Anand was talking about an arbitrage opportunity even one year before!! It make no sense to see arbitrage before one year as it’s obvious by the time of merger this arbitrage will disappear as the market will adjust to it!!

Thank you for the video. I have decided to SIP manapuram stock 1-2 on a weekly basis, and build it for a day when, if at all they split the company to being out Micro Finance, I will gain from that... One doubt :- How's the Diamond Exports business in India ? I can see Rajesh Exports, bangalore based behemoth, falling session after session... Is it a right time to consider that stock, given the market emotion around it ? Is the stock fundamentally strong ? Or should one look for other companies like Asian Stars or Mini Diamonds ?

Hi vinod sir & shashwat You and Anand sir are telling flats and property is not selling. But more offen I can news 100's of flats sold within few days of launching. 1000's of crores worth flats sold in a quarter. I know they are creating fomo. But people are keep on buying. Even in Chennai people buying land in paiyanur and tirupur area. My friend has bought 1300sqft land for 40 lakhs in paiyanur (60KM from central). If possible kindly explain your opinion on Chennai people craze on buying plots and property in thirupur and paiyanur. What would happen to their assets in future.
