Hahahaha it's so funny to see, how Russians just chatting on voice. I think that they just dont have enough confidence and skill in eng, nothing personal As Russian i know English, and have always tried to communicate with eu players.

lets be honest, if a game has 3 core players and they need to communicate in their native language, no matter which one, and trying to speak and then understand each other in english is slower for them, then to have higher chances of winning fights they should speak so that they instantly undertand each other.
