Happy Sunday, Father Brad. We have been married for 51 years, and I couldn't be happier. I hope my wife is, too! There have been good times and bad, but thanks to Jesus, we are still together!
Thank you Father! I'm a divorced, annulment, remarried person as of 17 years ago. I'm still affected by this weekends readings and have a hard time with them. I listened to this the night before, which I never so because I was hoping to gain some comfort. I did, so I thank you! 🙏💝
Don’t let anything separate you from the love of Christ. I was divorced and then remarried outside the Church and something was missing. I went through the annulment process ( and so did my husband). It wasn’t easy. It was painful at times but it was necessary. I’m so happy now and filled with peace. If you are in that situation, go, seek God’s mercy and come back to the Church! We miss you!
I never left the Church, but got divorced after 27 years. After attempting an annulment it was finally granted after the second time. Divorce is horrible. Please try to save your marriage. +JMJ+

Good morning and thank you, Fr. Brad for this reflection! I have had aunts and uncles get divorced, but sure if annulment was in play. One was because of safety issues and abuse which is definitely a reason to divorce! 🙏🏻❤️🙌🏻🤲🏻⛪️
My husband married before he went to Viet Nam, a not unusual thing when men went to war. So that we could marry sacramentally, he met with the bishop and the marriage was annulled- not expensive or too time consuming.
