Great video! My flat is just 40 square meters and my Ragdoll seems very happy in it. Her only complaint is that she is not allowed to the balcony unattended...she gets mad watching at pigeons and not being able to attack them :)

Pixie and Bluebell are adorable and you have a lovely apartment. My Smudge has the oval catit scratch pads and the curved lounger and he loves them. Since he got those he completely stopped using the standing cat trees. I guess he just prefers cardboard. My cat also has the hooded jumbo litter box!

So cute, love the name Smudge! 💙 We do feel like our cats now have so many options for sleeping spaces that they don't use all of them as often, but they use the long scratching post every day to stretch out 🥰

This was so reassuring to watch! I just rescued a very precious 6 month old tuxedo tabby and I live in a small studio apartment. I had a few friends who had shown concern over the size of my place, but when I showed the shelter photo's of my place they said there was a lot of potential for catifying the vertical space for her and had no worries. Just been doing my best to look up as many small apartment hacks as I can and this was golden!

Hey thanks for your tips I have a small apartment and have kept the litter box in our living room behind the coach and hid it with a big carton box so it avoids the smell…I was really not sure to keep cats in this small space but thanks to you I did and we are extremely happy😍

Thank you for the insight. Just one remark: You should NOT build a cupboard around the litterbox. Actually an open litterTRAY is naturally preferred.

Lol yeah. But dont worry, i have a cat on my 10m2 apartment. U just need to make sure you have some toys and things to entertain them. I suggest wall cat trees, and cat highways

We are getting two sibirian boys in april and I kinda started to feel bad because of our 55 m2 flat, thank you for calming me 😄 We are thinking about getting a taller and a small cat tree and some extra platforms on the wall so they can go up too :)

Thanks for this video. I always had pet cats throughout my childhood, but I always lived in big houses with my family. So my cats always been outdoor cats. Now I got 2 kids, I live in a 2 bed flat. And they have been begging me for a pet cat for a while now. But I didn’t know how to care for indoor cats. So this video really helps. Thanks 👍🏾 Xxx

Hello :) do your cats access your balcony? Here in Brazil, we put webs on the windows/balcony because then, they can access and be safe! How do you do to keep them safe and free ? I'm moving to Canada and it is worrying me :(

One of the craziest things my cat did was run over the keyboard on my old Apple IBook and ripped several letters off. The Apple guy said it was the first time he ever had seen that. My ragdoll is supposed to be born this week. I will still have to wait until Spring to take him/her home.

We have 3 bedrooms and a rlly small apartment I sleep with my mom cuz here are 3 kids and I'm the youngest but we don't have any space so I'm gonna ask my mom what we don't need so I can convince her to get a cat! Cuz I rlly want a cat :(. But she dosent..

We did a video on growing cat grass, which is very helpful for hairball maintenance, you can give your cat hairball paste, egg and/or oily fish :)

I have 1 cat with me and renting in a very small room, I can't afford to rent in a big room with a big big window as like yours that was my dream and adopt 1 more cat in the future😸. Hey guys, thinking about getting a cat buddy but I live in a 1 bedroom apartment in a residential tower. Is it bad for a cat to live in this environment considering it cannot go outside? I know I wouldn't like it so maybe there's the answer but I'd like more professional opinions

You can try harness training it and taking it on walks/going to parks so the cat can bird watch :)

Our flat is about 65 m2 with a balcony (maybe about twice the size your balcony is) We’ll hopefully get two British Shorthair kittens in april... we haven’t visited our breeder yet so it’s not final and we have no contract yet... I can’t wait, it feels so strange.. like what if we don’t get the cats, I’m a little scared 🙈 But getting a cat in Germany is so hard right now, the backyard breeders are taking over the market, the kittens without pedigree are more expensive than the breeder kittens! That’s crazy!

Lovely video, but water should not be kept next to their food. Would also be great if you could add a bit more vertical space for them to hang out - shelves on walls etc. Two very happy cats!

Hey guys! Do you think it would be okay to have a ragdoll ling in an apartment with carpet? We rent the place, so we are afraid it would ruin the landlord's carpet. What do you guys think?

We have carpet in the bedroom and we will need to replace it before we move out 👀 Bluebell doesn't really touch it, but Pixie likes to scratch it sometimes, so it's hard to tell. I would maybe speak to landlord, if the carpet isn't brand new and they may have been planning on renovating the place in the near future, you might get some compromise? 😂

The pea husk one is virtually the same as the tofu one we used before, the one we got from Catit is lavender scented 🥰

@@malgorzatabecker6625 we really like this one! There is virtually no waste, scent isn't overpowering and it masks amonia very well. It seems to be pretty much the same as the one we tested in the video, but Catit one is a lot more affordable :)

I have 4 cats - 1st option - Walking with a laser light on your key chain, turn it on and move it around to get your cat's attention away from the door. When your cat goes to hunt the light, RUN! 2nd option - throw some treats in a room away from the door, when your cat starts eating, quickly walk to the door and RUN!
