I’m in BCRC and what I’m concerned with is 15ng and 50ng I know I can pass a 50ng drug test using 0.3 THC CBD product because I’ve done it but if I take a drug test using 15ng from BCRC I’m pretty sure I would fail . I don’t think my employer would fire me for that because they’d send me to the clinic we use when we get endured to make sure I pass a 50ng . I think BCRC does 50ng and if something goes wrong then they use the 15ng test as a secondary .
This is a real bummer, I started using CBD products after deciding to stop smoking marijuana because I moved into a more dangerous line of work that has a high chance for job place drug testing now instead I've just been drinking a lot after work to starting to affect my health
I’ve been vaping hemp derived cbd. I’ve drug tested myself (from home test kits) several time and passed. Is it safe to assume that I don’t have any detectable amount in my system?
question, if you’ve been a somewhat continuous THC smoker for 2-3 years, stop for about a week, and then pick up CBD/CBN pens (claiming 0.3% thc) can this intake make the natural THC detox process take longer? (assuming they aren’t used as much as i did the thc)
Some jobs don't even test for THC anymore. But I would like to know if I can prove what's in my system is legal. I use hemp derived delta 8/10 almost every night, and use full spectrum CBD daily now for anxiety/calming as well as an appetite suppression. Everything that is in my system is 100% federally legal and completely legal in my state. I shouldn't have to feel bad about a drug test, but I do. It sucks because I've done nothing wrong, but I fear I'll fail a drug test for something that isn't illegal. They really need to do something with drug tests to update them. The tests have fallen behind with what is now legal. And if something is federally legal, jobs aren't supposed to ding you for it.
@@Galistia We’d appreciate any help guys lol..exactly what I’m dealing w/ at the moment..I moved back to TN from CO in early June of this year where delta 8 is now legal and I use delta 8 live rosin everyday along w/ cbd for the same uses as you and haven’t had any concentrates from delta-9 in basically 4 months now but when I took an at home test about a week ago and failed for THC so I think it can still detect whether it’s delta 9 or 8 THC unfortunately..I’m about to start a 90 day detox from delta 8 this weekend and hopefully can still do cbd and don’t have to do a detox of that as well…I’ll keep this thread updated and hope you guys do as well. Happy some businesses have stopped and glad Amazon’s leading the way but weed needs to be dropped from pre employment requirements now for sure…
Hello. It all depends on whether the test is for cannabinoids, which both THC and CBD are, or if they test specifically for THC. Most places test for THC specifically. Does that help?
I've been off of cbd for a month and STILL testing positive for thc... I haven't smoked any week or used thc so I'm so confused and will be PISSED if I test dirty cone mondsy
If you have been using a full spectrum CBD then it has THC in it. If taken over a prolonged period of time it can accumulate in things like fat cells. I’m not saying that you are overweight or anything. It’s just where it accumulates and can leech out over a prolonged period of time. Best wishes to you. Let us know how it goes.

If it has a third party certificate as a isolate, should I be fine?...I bought a pee test for THC, and will test myself for a month to see if there is any positive results. My company says as long as no THC then fine; they prefer a prescription but I think the only prescription is for seizures, so I just looked for the quality brands with third party testing.... Maybe a doctor's note??
Hello. A third party certificate these days is necessary but it a guarantee. There have been labs that have been shut down due to them forging the lab results for certain cannabis makers. I give many of my patients a doctors note if needed. Hope that helps you.
@@Susieq26754 well,in Idaho at least. In order for it to be sold as CBD it can go e no more than .03% thc. I bought a bottle it was 750 Ml. I took 3-4 full eye droppers over about 2.5 hours. I definatly had a dead change. Had a friend telling me I was just really relaxed. I have a commercial driver's license so I went and got a drug test and pissed hot for about 3 days. So although I can't have more than 03% THC there is no one who really regulates that. So they can make it however they want. My suggestion is if you have a commercial driver's license steer clear of it
I am a processor in Illinois and our biomass can only be processed after being tested by the state and being below the 0.3% THC level. Our products are batch tested and our results are on our website. Look for test results on the websites. If not there then you are correct in that you don’t really know the CBD or THC levels.
thc-a is still thc. the flower itself is a legalized variant in its pure form, but when you spark up or hit your pen or however your combusting, it transforms into thc. that’s why thc-a has some of the most similar results to thc highs

I bought some "CBD" oil,I ended up getting high. I'm not complaint but do have a CDL, my buddy told me I wasn't high,just relaxed. I thought,well shit maybe I've never been relaxed.i went and got a couple test pissed hot for 3 days. This was about a year ago. So if you have a CDL be careful
I’m so frustrated right now. A certain brand I’ve been taking advertising zero THC and lab 3rd party tested…..It has been helping a lot….Well looking at the label it says the than .3% Delta 9 THC….Not even exactly sure what that means but I googled and said it would trigger a positive test….Long story short I bought a home test and tested positive….So how long will this stay in system? I can’t imagine it will last as long as smoking weed.
Cannadips states on their website that their CBD is an Isolate that they use Reverse Phase Flash Chromatography on and it doesn’t use CBD unless THC is “not detectable”. But after I bought some of the product, right on the back of the can it says “contains 0.3% THC” What the heck man? Is it a lie or what?
I can't stand that Garbo, I really bought into it.. man that shit is bitter and taste like a cleaner under the sink, instant gag reflex and the GO pouches make me physically SICK when I even think of them. Thought it was a good alternative but now I have 10 cans of different flavors sitting in a drawer. I really need to just trash them.
I am not familiar with the exact testing in the military. I’d suggest asking if they test for THC or cannabinoids in general. If just THC then taking a broad spectrum should be ok if purchasing from a highly reputable company like Green Compass with lab testing to show the bottles contents. If testing for cannabinoids, and CBD is considered a cannabinoid, then they will fail the drug test. I always suggest a conversation with the employer for full transparency. Does this help?
The military does test for CBD as well so I advise to not take any CBD products. I was recently in the Navy and there are Instructions to not take thc, CBD, or even any hemp products due to the fact the urinalysis can detect it in your system
You will likely be fine. Know that “CBD water” is pretty gimmicky as the CBD within it during transportation, storage, sunlight exposure, etc likely degraded the CBD that may have been in there to essentially nothing.

I was smoking delta 8 CBD almost everyday for 2 maybe 3 weeks. I quit using it on June 20th I just took a DOT urine drug test this past Thursday on the 29th. What’s the likelihood of testing positive??

CBD seems to be the only thing that helps for me. Ive been unemployed for a while with major anxiety and depression. I've been on a dozen medications, none helped. I'm trying to do this the "right" way, I don't even want to get high as I don't like the feeling. I just gave in and bought some full spectrum thinking it wouldn't help. 3 puffs and it felt like I found something my body was missing. I knew beforehand that CBD can still hurt your job opportunities and I was hoping that it wouldn't help sort of just so I could put it out of mind. But I think it did. I want to work, I know I want to work, help out people, make money but I also want to feel like I can feel happy one day. But this stigma makes you feel like a bad person or something. The real world is telling you you're a bad person
U are exactly right. Most people consume the cannabis plant do not want to get euphoric or high. They want the health benefits of the plant. Hence why CBD has been so popular. I foresee cannabis becoming legal in all its forms in every state and on a federal level in the coming years. The majority of Americans feel it should be legalized completely.
@@DoctorJack16 it's completely legal in my state now but every job ad says they test for THC. It's like it's legal but still immoral. I'm so afraid to fail because I need work but at the same time I think i found something that helps. I think I will continue trying to help myself though. I have no choice. It's more important.
Hello! In all likelihood that would be true assuming the person doing the testing is not stopping at looking only for cannabinoids. CBD being a cannabinoid would test positive in that circumstance. If they are testing to differentiate between the cannabinoids of THC and CBD then yes you should pass assuming you are getting a product that is high quality and not prone to poor quality control of contaminants getting in to the CBD isolate. In cases like that a high quality Broad Spectrum should work too but has the added benefit of the entourage effect. Thanks for taking the time to comment. Take care.
@@DoctorJack16 Absolutely right my man. Most drug tests are looking for marijuana metabolites (THC-COOH). I prefer the Isolate due to the fact that broad-spectrum tinctures contain CBN which can cause a false positive. However as noted, that sample will then be brought to a lab where GC/MS/MS or HPLC will be incorporated.
