My first comment is the device looks like things would feel really tight on such a small device. What is the general feel for a fellow left handed artist?

Talented folk can prolly do it with just a mouse.

you can compare Talent with tools, if you're gonna sculpt in blender or in zbrush you must have a graphic tablet
