In the olympic 100 metres, the last placed runner is still one of the fastest in the world. Likewise, the last place person in a strength competition is still one of the strongest in the world. Competitors HAVE to have won major events against top competition get invites to these, they don't bring in nobodies.

I'd LOVE to see an undercover style tv program made where a film crew follows Chloe to her 'first day on the job' (with some backstory to explain the camera being there) in traditionally all male jobs where really heavy lifting is required. Can you imagine the reactions after she blows their minds with her ability to lift?

not how that works man. Spinal flexion while deadlifting is perfectly safe as long as you start the lift while locked into that position. It's only a bad sign if your spine starts flexing WHILE you are performing the lift. Rounded back deads give people better leverages for the lift, it's also a bit of a trade off. You'll be stronger off the floor, but struggle with lockout. Someone pulling with a straight back is sacrificing floor speed/strength for a smoother rest of the lift. It's dependent on the individual which technique they should be using for their specific anthropometry.

shes amazing for her size but can never realistically win worlds strongest woman. the top women in the world are just too big for her. after actually watching the video i think they mean wsw in her weight class which i think its definitely possible
