@@Person-nr1uk I mean, you don't get more money for having spare money. and exp/money is a 1:1 exchange rate. which means it's not at all more efficient to save up, as the same amount of exp and money is given each round, and the same amount is always needed no matter when you spend it. it amount needed only changes on a hero-to-hero basis. where more powerful heroes need more to level up. if the hero is the only tower you place, why not just dump all the money into levelling as soon as possible? also, you don't have to use cash drops for each hero. you can just create custom challenges that have exactly the starting cash that the hero costs, and 'test' it to accomplish the same thing without using up your powers.
@@Person-nr1uk I usually make sure I have like 3-10k left after I buy a hero level in case the round is tough and I need to buy or upgrade another monkey. In this case the hero is the only monkey you're using, so you can just pump all of it into the hero. And like sevil said, higher levels do not cost more money per exp, so it doesn't matter when you buy the level :)
