Beaux Collins was not the best receiver last year. If so, Clemson would’ve fought to keep him. Tyler Brown and Antonio Williams were higher quality receivers that were only held back by injuries.

We had a Freshman All American WR last year and another one from the year before who got injured last year. We also get a 5⭐️ Top 5 WR and another top 12 WR who was snubbed of his 5th ⭐️

Clemson is going to have a good WR room this year. Injuries have plagued the team the last few seasons so no one reciever has been able to light it up. Matt Luke was also brought in to fix the OL issues so there will be improvements there as well giving Cade more time to make better decisions. I think Clemson is going to shock a lot of people this year

Beaux has all the tools and the work ethic. He had the drops bad while at Clemson. Wouldn’t surprise me for him to overcome that and be a really good player this year.

They have a lot of returning WRs. Not hurt this off season like last year. Plus they have two hot receivers coming in Wesco and Moore. Plus they have WRs who are healthy. Plus Cade should be taking a step forward.

Why do people just assume that Florida State is going to be good again when they have DJ as their QB and lost a bunch of people.

clemson has multiple 4 and 5 star receivers on their roster all returning, if the whole group stays healthy adam randall antonio williams tyler brown cole turner troy stellato tj moore and bryant wesco plus jake brinnnigstool can easily get over 3500 and 25 + yards/tds if the offense as a whole takes a step forward

I can't wait until the college football season starts so I can see Joe's face about Clemson. Clemson and Notre Dame have a 5-3 record with Clemson on top. 2020, with a Clemson win of 34-10 and a 2018 30-3 win. It's hard to get that bad taste out of your mouth with losses like that.

Hey guy’s I have been a Clemson my whole life and I knew that we was going to have a season like last year I knew the games we was going to have some trouble with! Can I just give a example of why the offense was going to struggle Cade new Quarterback New OC and a young receiver core that got put into the fire we lost cole turner first game of the year A William’s played in four maybe five games and we grew up the Oline was questionable and Cade played under a lot pressure in the beginning of the year and I think he got to a hurry up mentality but at the end of year he started playing better and with more Confidence and the way we won the game against Kentucky with him taking the offense down the field and winning the game was where I seen the most growth ! Ok I agree as a fan I would have liked to see Dabo go into the portal and he did try to get several different guys especially for the Oline and a backup quarterback and Maybe a receiver but like y’all said you don’t know all of the roster Dabo want get stagnant he has fired coaches the last two off seasons and that is saying something because he really cares about his coaches a lot of them being close to him he brought in Matt Luke O line Coach Chris rumpt and Matt Luke is one of the best Oline coaches in college football now everyone really slams Dabo about the portal but he went to his coaches and asked do you think we need more pieces that was from there mouth not his and the players Dabo Always has a weird way of explaining things at least to the media I want get into that but I will say this with new coaches coming in and new voices I truly think Dabo will use the portal he is going to have to learn how to recruit the portal and Clemson has and uses Nil but it is used to retain his roster and Dabo will never go I the portal and push a kid out and I will stand up for him about that but I really don’t think outside the Clemson Fanbase knows how competitive he is and I think if the offense don’t get better he will look at himself and the staff and make the changes nessary but with a second year in the same offense coach Riley being able to put his whole offense in the offense as a whole learning and understanding the offense you will see growth and improvement and Cade is a Quarterback that is going to put the ball in harms way at times that is who he is Watson was the same way and not Comparing him to Watson but I love your break downs but I was just giving a side from a Clemson fan and who respects and enjoys your show and hopefully you can understand where I am coming from also joe not everyone is out to argue bro calm down I am sure there is a lot of stupid people and they ain’t gonna be able to have a open mind but you cannot take anything said about noterdame it looks like you are gonna have a some type of fit people are passionate about there teams that is what makes College Football the best sport in the World I just wanted to say I a love the show and appreciate y’all’s outlook on things I don’t have to always agree but that is what it’s all about hope y’all have a great evening and enjoy the show and keep up the good work

New o line coach has to make the team progress to open up the offense. WRs were hurt a ton last year so o line gets better offense will progress if not it won't pretty simple.

While i dont think that offense will be anything special. Justyn Ross and Sammy Watkins exploded as teue freshman for Clemson.

Cade was not better than DJ. Cade led Clemson to an 8-4 season and their worst season. DJ never did that.

Clemson is bringing in Wesco and Moore, high level 4 star and a 5 star blue chip Wide Receivers. Plus their WR room os healthy. Been plagued with injured players for 2 years or more. The WR room should take a step forward this year. Hopefully Cade's decision making

Clemson has the talent to make it to the playoffs. They just have to put it together. The defense should be elite. The offense has the potential to really step forward and if they put it together they should be a 10 plus win team.

In terms of the trenches, the Clemson’s offensive line has severely handcuffed the offensive play calling. The offensive line does not provide time for development downfield. Cade is not innocent nor are the wide receivers. Regardless, past failures are on Dabo for failing to provide the offense with the best position coaches. He went and got Coach Luke. As a Tigers fan, I don’t want anyone else but Dabo. He is our guy. Though it’s clear he failed his players these past few seasons.

Joe is a known Clemson hater. Regardless of facts, the dude will continue to hate on them because he doesn't like Dabo. Beaux Collins was not Clemson's best receiver last year and he would have been further down the roster this year.

Literally imagine.. Cade can give Clemson something similar to what Kelly Bryant gave Clemson. (and way crazier things have happened..) Clemson would be a top 5 team in the country. The Georgia Clemson game would be Very interesting (I think it will be regardless.. Clemsons defense will be elite)

What also gets lost in the lazy portal talking points about this year’s Clemson team is the OL coaching that was lacking in previous years and the sneakiest good hire of the offseason, Matt Luke.

Tyler Brown was Clemson's best receiver last year. You didn't watch Clemson football if you think otherwise. Randall, Williams, Brown, Stellato, Turner, Brinningstool, 2 5 star freshman Moore and Wesco. Collins was outright bad at times. Their receivers will obviously be better.

1st time seeing these guys. Joe is a hater😂. Receivers will be better, o-line will be better, Cade will be better, and will be OC's 2nd year there. There's reason for optimism.

Clemsons had a little bit of everything. WR injuries, Spotty Qb play (mind you with Brandon streeter and a year 1 of Riley who had limited WR options and a year 1 starter.)and lower than Clemson standard of O line (which historically has been good, but not great)

The 2 best WR last year were both injured from early in the season and the early losses were attributable to insane turn overs.

Cole Turner was a great receiver at the end of 2022 and was a bright spot in the Tennessee game. He was injured in the first game last season so we didn’t get to see him. He’s the fastest guy on the team and goes up to get the ball
