When Stanley is tired from industrial cottagecoring, has he tried making money from archaeology yet? With the mix of selling relics, writing archaeology guides and uncovering things for the archaeological society he should make a good living from it.

Such an engaging pack; you feel like you really earnt everything you make, and it actually pays off to improve your sim in a variety of ways rather than just rushing a couple of the necessary skills for whatever career you want. Definitely one I would recommend :)

You get more money if you sell it at the market stall! Especially if you haggle! I know these are all pre recorded but I just wanted to share for others
@@kweeniepiez this is probably a joke, but in build mode you get the option to decide weither or not your Sim pees standing. If a feature like this was implemented, female sims can probably piss on trees too.

Funfact! If a cow is lactating and not milked in some way, whether by human or calf, it can cause a lot of health issues in them and is overall way more painful than a human or even well-designed machine squeezing the udder. So for these Sim Cows who seem to just constantly produce milk, milking them regularly is good for them and makes their sim caretaker some cash on the side!

I think it would be cool for Stanley Humphrey to have a mansion to go back to after his rags to riches endeavors. Naturally the mansion has to be built with his earned money, but it would be cool to see what it could build over time.
Re: getting rich off bunnies.... Have you watched Carl's video? He basically got rich off of the cottage living birds. lmao So i bet bunnies are possible.
Deep diving into Cottage Living is on my playthrough bucket list, the cows are so cute! Your playstyle in the money sense is so different than mine. I don't cheat the money but I like having the cushion. I was so happy with my NSB Gen 1 when she got the inheritance call right away and fell head over heels for a producer NPC at a party on the bluffs. They got the inheritance and I felt justified giving him a communications degree and putting him in the business side of the social media career given his previous profession. They were set!

The autonomous harvesting! It's become a thing in my game. Random Sims will come up and harvest my stuff from the garden and I lost thousands a day because of them! I have no idea when it became a thing, but it definitely forced me to build a fence and lock it so they couldn't get it!
Yup; I've had the same too. I mean, sometimes they come and actually work in the garden, so I don't wanna complain tooo badly. But yes, I've had to chase some away who were trying to harvest as well.
That is DEFINITELY good to know. I've got several households in my game where gardening makes up a LARGE chunk of their income. At the moment I have a single wizard mom trying to take care of toddler TRIPLETS with like no money, and if you go anywhere near my lemon trees or onions with bad intent, _I know Inferniate and am not afraid to use it_. >:D

Him grilling was actually a really good idea. You can pack the servings into a sack for lunch and eat them whenever. I think they keep longer that way. I'm not sure though

Genuine question, have the sims team said what weather patterns come with this pack (if you have seasons)? Also, this pack is gonna be a challenge with Seasons, knowing what seasons the crops grow in etc Will we have to stock up for the winter? And how are the animals affected by weather? 🙈
On your next house you should make ever room be on a different platform, like the gazebo, but that would be the kitchen and another one would be the living room. You would put dining room on one and bedroom one another. (Bathroom, kids room, entry room, laundry room.) They would all be connected by a bridge or something. I also think it would be cool if you made a room for a dog or dogs, meaning you make a bedroom, but for dogs. With a bed, food and water bowl,a red fire hydrant (instead of the toilet because dogs pee on them). If you do, do this, will you get a Black Labrador Retriever and a Golden Retriever( in memory of two of my dogs that pasted away a year ago). Below are some cute names for the dogs. At 8:05 when the sim harvested the berries, I’ve been seeing that a lot lately and it didn’t start happening until the preferences. Sims keep harvesting from my sim’s actual garden
You just gave me the best idea for a rags to riches house- you could make a teeny shed that looks like one of the animal barns and have your sim live in it. You could even use an archway as the front door for a while until the sim could 'afford' a door.
I think the table is basegame in debug now 👀 since the music festival everyone now has access to the tables and tents. I know that table will be so helpful when I get this pack!! I want to sell canned stuff and baked goods during the competitions 👀 haha
