Owner Josh Harris has proposed a privately funded new arena for his basketball team in Philadelphia, but historically football stadiums involve taxpayer funding.
The owner of the Capts and Wizards played the D.C. mayor. He wasn't moving those teams. He was using them as leverage. Washington D.C. don't have the money that Virginia and Maryland have. They should just build the new stadium in Maryland.
