Discussing deportation and situations when deportation can be implemented. What to do if you faced deportation and what is the legal way to remove or to cancel deportation. Also taking attention to difference between black list (administrative deportation) and deportation and in what situation can be placed in UAE.
Administrative deportation can be removed by under an application to be submitted to General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs in the related emirate. Deportation by the judgment occurs when the person commits a crime in any Emirate of the Country and is implemented by the Court.

Assalamu Alaikum. I went to work in a supply company in Sarja in 2012. In 2015 there was a fighting case After 1 year in jail sent to country home 11th march this month i check passport I still have a life time band, they gave me a paper from immigration, is it possible to cut this band?

Good afternoon, I wish to share my situation for an advise. I came to UAE with a direct employment and after one year some one offer a job so I resigned in other to take that offer but after one month she gave the job to another person and promise to find another job for me. I agreed but she failed to find me a job and couldn't also find myself a job. Now wish to go back to my country but I don't have money to buy flight ticket. I am also family man with three children. For this reason I have been looking for a way to seek a legal redress of my case. I look forward to hearing from you.

Good afternoon mam I want to like to say before a one month ago my husband going to Sharjah in visit visa arbab said take a visit visa and come to my office and work with me after two months he said ok we are applying your employee visa but didn't do this ND said don't worry I m with u it's a part of procedure but the agent call me husband and said u r illegal u must be pay fine and also doing to remove absconding and he's convey to message from arbab ok no worry I will pay and at last moment u r going to Pakistan u purchase a personal ticket and he said sorry I can't do anything for I only pay your fine and that's it . He didn't nothing my fine is clear but absconding can't remove kindly help me how to fulfill the absconding. I need to going Pakistan economically weak here's none of job opportunities

Good Afternoon legal one UAE. Please l was deported from Dubai due to absconding that's blacklisted and l have been trying to uplift the blacklisted with my employer but the system was rejecting. So l was arrested by Dubai police and eye scan then deported to my home country now for 10 months Please l wanted to came back to UAE and complete my Islamic study's since i was a new Muslim converted in UAE. Please help me if there's a means to return 😢😢😢
