Namaskar guruji... An ocean of advaitha knowledge.. Philosophical knowledge you share us every time .. unparalleled clear speech...which makes us pure n pure... I keep hearing your bhaashan as much as I can and stay in bliss n feel blessed.
To see things as it is, and you arrive to an insight into Truth of things., is the direct way. Like it or not, this is the only way. Karma Yoga just a pending of desire, at one moment of time, it breaks down. It's like holding the floating ball into the water. You can't hold too long. Deep insight into all the phenomenon, is only and one way only.
Swamiji, if we look closely to all sensation either pleasure or pain,,, it is still suffering. If we look into the sensation, all sensation are suffering. The difference is peaceful sensation differs in power. Pain is just higher powered sensation. A mind which sees this Truth, sees both pleasure and pain is always- suffering.
My mind contemplates on sensual things. How to overcome it? Even if I avoid it consciously during awakening state, they sprout again when in sleep leading to nightfall. Please help.
Practice doing good spiritual things..like listening to spiritual lectures in on RU-vid, read spiritual books , try to soak your mind on divine things and keep praying to God to get rid you from the sensual things...it will help a lot
If we try to overcome them by suppressing , they become more subtle but more powerful and resurface in dream world or even in awake state just a ,matter of the trigger only . A reminder everytime while contemplating or after the storm is over just a logical (gyaan) reminder Is it quenching my state, is it helping me progress, What is the reality ? The all what you see, perceive, taste or feel is nothing more or less than *AATAMAN"* THE REAL SELF This reminder works so effectively and that your bounce back becomes noticable. And give some time to let the knowledge set in You will notice an impactful change no matter how insignificant but it will build up and you see the triggers trying
Aum. Resolve with your whole mind and heart to overcome it. Reflect on the miseries of continuous rebirth and death. On the suffering that ensues from this negative habit. Don’t fight it. Replace with positive habits. Thought by thought. Japa helps tremendously with this. 24/7 Japa. Make decisions to turn away from that which is not beneficial and toward the Light. Receive guiding points from an enlightened Guru if possible. Pray intensely and with Bhava. Invoke purifying deities and chant their mantra. Guru will always lovingly and patiently be beside you helping you every step of the way. May you be successful in your efforts and emerge a Jivanmukti in this very life 🕉️🙏🏼💖
You cannot control it directly. It will be like vaali. Rather than fighting with it or asking why it came or I don’t want it accept , it’s immoral etc . First step is acknowledging it, yes now this thought is there, it’s normal for anyone this age to feel it. It’s energy in motion it will go off on its own as long as you don’t interfere by fantasizing or imagining. Even if done unconsciously, acknowledge it and the moment you realize it come out of it. Gradually it will decrease. The key is to allow it mentally since you did not bring it voluntarily. This we have to make sure. Energy flows where attention goes. Think of it as Devi’s energy/ power.
Swamijee, As you mentioned in the begining that there is a small window, where we can control our thoughts but most of the time we mis that and follow by default. Is this something like some thought while appearing in our mind, suddenly there is a second thought, to which we call inner voice? Some time we follow it and some time we ignore it. Is it the same thing you are refering or that window is very subtal that this inner thought?
Thank you Swamiji 🙏 This is all good knowledge but how about the bhagvat gita’s message about karma, that we must do & not even think about the results 😢 We don’t have any control of the results even working so hard for the good results..which sometimes doesn’t happen
Pranaams Swami 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️.Always grateful to you for your teachings..Beginning what you say about samsAra reminds me of " BhgApavargArtham drishyam" from Maharshi Patanjali Yoga Sutras 🙏🙏🙏,🙇♀️
They weren't counting themselves. Watch again for the reason. Better yet be stil and calm of body and mind everyday for 10min morning and evening, and soon, when the mind and body disappear into Samadi, into the nothingness behind closed eyes, there You will find the awareness in the stillness, still remaining, that is the eternal consciousness, the eternal Spirit, the true You, Your real Self. Much will become clear after this awakening experience, however One must keep meditating for more joy balance, knowledge and wisdom. ...first, know Thyself - ancient Greek scholar The kingdom of heaven is Within - ancient scriptures.
