I wish there was more clarity on carnivore diets as Prof.. David Sinclair claims the opposite and suggests intermittent fasting and a vegetarian diet. I tried both of these but got so weak that I struggled in the gym. Would love to know if red meat is bad for our body or not. I take magnesium and omega 3, NMN and feel great. I'm 71, work really hard, exercise in the gym 3 x week... Peter, do you have an online network I can join? Love your guests btw....
Hi - thanks very much. Glad you enjoy guests. I agree - understanding the pros and cons of the carnivore diet (or indeed any diet) can be extremely difficult. I’m hoping to set up some debates between proponents and detractors of the various regimes. Very early days but I’ve set up What’s App group to encourage discussions on these topics. You’re welcome to join. All the best, Peter. chat.whatsapp.com/L2IcAUEH39W9fIeEtnt06Q
David seems a bit confused on nutrition to be very honest, not sure hes the best one to turn to when it comes to nutrition, I do think there are great benefits to many ways better health, for some carnivore has been amazing, some veggies work better, bodies are so different its hard to nail down whats perfect.
