It did answer the question. Parkinsons can't be cured. But research is being done on the molecule that is produced during exercise which may help to reduce the protein level that causes it. Edit: lf the natural molecule Irisin ( a hormone) is proven to be useful; then it could be synthetically made as another alternative treatment for slowing progression rather than a cure.

@@bucko163 He started triathlon for like 30 years prior and now does road biking only, but you can clearly see that exercise does nothing for his Parkinson disease (DAT scan confirmed).
