If the cause of your hairfall is chemical shampoo and products, scalp dryness, friction, heat which makes you hair weak then oils can be helpful for you. Oils are sometimes helpful in hair growth and thickening of hair but can never grow new hairs or revive hair follicles. Also if you're having hairfall due to dandruff, disease, deficiencies of vitamins and mineral and due to genetic then oils are not at all helpful for you

What helped with my hair fall control are potato juice apply, acv mix with water apply after washing, eggmask, liitllleextra coocoonion shampoo and hair oil set, and green tea. As a stylist of nearly a decade, I can tell you, that you are not meant to apply strong hair shampoo on your hair. I've noticed hair lines of many individuals, and I observed that individuals who were using strong shampoo cleansers generally had weak hairline. So I recommend only to use gentle shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and recommend to use litttleextra coconioon shampoo only. Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it enhances circulation and promotes hair growth.

Mixture of coconut and castor oil works great for my hair (consistency is key) these doctors will probably suggest minoxidil which is very expensive and when you stop using all your baby hairs will start to fall

Then take mustard oil put that piwder into oil and put in sunlight for 24 hours( because i dont think that warming oil is good method ) . Apply in night and wash in morning and use this oil 2 times in a week. And wash hair two times in a week . Apply this until your hair fall does not came to an end .[ If too much hairfall then apply hair mask of mixture of curd + lemon + gram flour ( besan ) = apply for 30 mins and wash . Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

Med student here Massaging is the reason for promoting blood circulation thus improving hair growth. The reason oil is used is to prevent extra friction and add moisture to your hair strands that will keep your scalp healthy . Even dry massaging your scalp will work well. And don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results as someone else. As a curly head, frizz is my biggest problem but eventually ive learnt to love them. Genes also play a role. Do a blood test to check for deficiencies leading to hair loss. For me it was vit d and low haemoglobin , so I started wit vit d and iron supplements . It helped. Consult the doctor first . Other reasons of hair loss can be thyroid prob, biotin def, hormonal imbalances, stress, poor diet, poor gut health . So address the issue accordingly and take care of your health . Focus on what your body needs and don’t just go buying serums and products in the name of helping with your hair fall. Start with the basics . Remember our grandparents didn’t use any of these modern products but yet had good hair . So start from the root and I’m sure you’ll see results . Be patient also
You need a regimen on multiple levels to get results. For me, this worked: Scalp Massage Daily 20mins, Taoist soap for hair 2x a week and Collagen Powder Supplement daily. This helped my brother who is 37 now, so def can help many people. But you have to stay consistent at least for 30 to 60 days.
Dont listen these people 1. Argan oil : its best for frizzy hair, i have frizzy hair and use that as carrier oil with rosemary oil. You can use pumpkin oil as well. My hair was very frizzy but i started using argan and it helped. Castor: it does help in hair growth my brother would use it as a hair gel with water every morning and after 3month i was shocked how healthy and voluminous his hairs was. Coconut: i have an allergy from Coconut oil as i get dermatitis or eczema when i apply so i dont use it. But its also very good for hair.
Guys oiling helps a lot . I'm saying it from personal experience. But it's also important to use correct oil for your hair . Castor oil , mustard oil are best for hair growth. Mustard oil also helps in making grey hair to black . Mix mustard/castor oil with coconut or olive oil or sesame oil . I have to warn you that mustard oil has a strong smell so bear with it. There's another remedy ..you can add crushed bhringraj leaves into coconut oil/ sesame oil, heat it till the oil changes it's colour. Strain the oil after it cools down. Use it 1 or 2 hours before you do shampoo. Better to use 2 times a week . Follow this process you will see a good change . Your diet is also important so eat healthy & stay hydrated. PS :- another thing I want to add that these are thick oil ( mustard & castor) if it suits you then use it.

Applying only Castor oil is not a good suggestion because it is thick and is difficult for us to spread it on our scalp.....applying more force will pull out the hair strand. ...so u should mix coconut oil in it for easy movement......if you warm the oil a bit....it'll do miracles....😊

Am a doctor too and I can bet that oil is effective !! Agreed that it is not the only reason for hair growth but it contributes a bit huh 10% at least ! it's so much healthy for our hair . Castor oil is really good for our hair as it aids in blood circulation. These are heavy oils we can substitute these oils with jojoba oil or almond oil which are light weight oils ...this u can say and we will agree . Minoxidil and rednsyl is not only the solution. Its just a costly stuff which all can not afford.

Don't know about other oils but I apply castor oil every night for hair loss and my hair start growing 💗 For the recipe you just need Castor oil+ mustard oil and coconut oil mix these three oil and massage every night with 4-5 drops and have wonderful results for yourself ❤

Hi everyone they r right Hair oil forms a coating on the hair strands and reduces dryness and frizziness. It may also help in reduced hair breakage of damaged hair but hair oil doesn't help for hair fall and all are talking about their parents and grandparents they have a better gene and on their time everything r pure so that's why they have better hair
im a mbbs student and being honest oiling, eating healthy food, drinking lots of water and exercising will make sure your hair grows please dont listen to anybody that comes online and tells things. Coconut oil argon oil castor oil and rosemary oil all of them work for hair growth. Rosemary oil is a substitute oil . You cant directly use only rosemary as it may cause damage so use it with coconut oil and add only 2-3 drops of rosemary oil.
