Can Having Your Tubes Tied Cause Hormonal Imbalance 

I have a question; I had an ectopic pregnancy with a rupture and I had to have a procedure. Can you explain why by the end of that year I stopped having cycles even thought only one of my ovaries were removed. Does having one send you into menopause. I think that within one year I was no longer having a cycle.
