In black and white, bianca and cheren were 14, along with the player character. In b2w2 they were all 16, with the B2W2 protagonist not having an age told anywhere.

It's really cool that you actually liked Pokestars, I had a lot of fun with it but it's usually the biggest thing people complain about in LPs. Challenge mode would definitely be fun to see, nuzlocke or not.

You were a little too strict about that level cap. The level cap is just for the start of the battle if you level up it's fine. At least that's how I've seen everyone play, including myself. So I think it's okay to still use, unless you don't want to but then you should go into the E4 at a lower level

Dude, for a first time run, you did amazing! Not that many casualties, good run! Also, during battles like the E4 and Champion battle, you shouldn't give up on Pokemon if they level up during the E4 run, but that's just my opinion!

actually bianca/cheren and hilbert/hilda are the second OLDEST trainers we can use in the main games 15 and 16 respectively with the oldest being calem and serena from XY

If you level up in the elite four you are fine. Every other nuzlocker uses this rule. Once you enter the elite four you can level up as much as you want in battle

black/white 2 was basically my childhood. Countless memories, literally replayed it at the start of quarantine and I still check on it once in a while. The music slaps hard. I literally have all of them as my alarms for school lol

I loved Black 2. My favorite (not romhack) mainline game. The pokemon variety ist great, the difficulty is actually quite though (exspecially for a child). Also I love how the story is connencted to Black/White. Also the endgame is really good and probably the best (I can't really judge anything after Gen 5, since I wasn't interested in playing them). The PWT is also one of the best Features in any pokemon game. The only things I didn't like was the mandatory Pokestars Studio stuff. It's not the end of the world, but it is still really annoying. And what I also don't like is the Challenge Mode. Even tho I consider this mode really great, something every pokemon game needs, what I don't like is the way they implemented it into the game. You have to finish the entire story, just to unlock it! Also White 2 players can only get the challenge mode when they connect with a Black 2 game. They for some reason get access to the easy mode. Like what?! Why does a pokemon game needs an easy mode, exspecially since you unlock it after defeating the champion?! But overall great games.

Ive never played black or white 2 either. It came out during a period where I really had no interest in Pokémon anymore. (I have since then found my luck again, currently playing brilliant diamond)

B2W2 gotta be the best storyline in the Pokémon series for sure.

Just finished gen 4 for the first time but still haven't played gen 5 😥

I played this before playing black and white or watching the anime so was a wee shock

Bw/BW2 are the only games that made me actually read dialogue via making interesting characters (N in bw and collress in bw2.)

You can get a riolu in that farm area, definitely great especially early game for the first gym against cheren and for a playthrough. Black/white 2 is definitely my favorite gen along with gold/silver. The pokemon you can get in black/white 2 is just amazing

Suggestions time: MONKE playthrough & DOGGO playthrough. We have so many monkey and dog pokemon in the dex now, I think it would be refreshing to see a playthrough in a game of your choice with these. It's not even about it being hard it's about it being fun and refreshing. The way you obtain them doesn't matter as much as just seeing what teams you'll choose to go with, please consider!!

I lost my first nuzlocke, but not because my mons died. I forgot to give my magby a nickname so I reset. I don’t know if that’s important or not, but I wanted to follow the rules still and keep the magby encounter, so I caught my first encounter in the top area of virbank complex, then the magby in the virbank complex construction area.

I never played the aloma region. I was using a lot of hard drugs. First it destroyed my family, and then my love for Pokémon-pawned all my ds and game boy games for fentanyl.

Pokemon black 2 is very underrated i dont know why but the game is very polished and has very good 3d graphics i suggest playing it for the best experience

Fully agree that Black and White are easily top tier favorites! They had amazing stories and, for someone who didn’t start until Gen 2 (technically gen 3 because Sapphire came out the year after I FINALLY learned how to Save my progress in Crystal), so seeing a game with no reliance on prior regions to fill out the pokedex made me love it more. As for Black and White 2, I enjoy playing them to see how the region has changed and grown in the time between games. So, it’s gonna be interesting as I am also doing a hardcore nuzlocke (been bouncing games cuz I either fet bored of ine because I lose pokemon I care about and am forced to grind like crazy, ir I end up wiping). It’s been a few years since I played White 2 so this will be interesting!

The cut - scenes in Pokémon B2W2 are just cherry on top of the cake.

I have Pokemon Black 2 and I am 99% sure that I played it as a kid when it released. But I don't remember anything of that Game. I also played Pokemon Black before Black 2 came and I can completly remember it. I just don't get how I lost all of my memory playing Black 2.
