How do you just forget to bring a healer on floor 11? even if you use Zhongli you know to bring a healer for at least one side. Its just artificial struggling.
Bro got way too comfortable with 7/8 characters and refuses to play anyone else 😭 it’s always either raiden team or itto team or occasionally bloom team
@@pfortunato78 nah! Just one full sweep of aim and just that's it. I use her all the time against that boss and I can prove it especially when the Hypostasis 2.0 event came back.
I’m pretty sure nahida alone on floor 11 would’ve been fine .. she can one shot all those blob things at the end with 1 skill you just have to do a full circle basically .. you could’ve probably taken yae and a healer or a different shielded instead of Sara and Tighnari
Sometimes I think Moga forgets the full extent of all his characters and their capabilities, Yae sounds perfect yet she most likely never crossed his mind
It pains me to see Diona and Layla being so forgotten lol Specially Diona because she's such an incredible unit. She's a battery, EM buffer, shielder, healer and ATL buffer with Noblese and Elegy. Please use her more Moga
I think a lot of your issues can be solved just by understanding the enemy's mechanics. Like how to bait the hydro heralds, how to corner the magu kenki, and last but not least understanding the wenut's attack pattern.
@@nathho actually it's because they just 1 shot the bosses in the overworld so they never see any of the attacks. So then when it's in the abyss with way more health they actually see more attacks this has happened to me before lol.
Nah hard disagree on the Welnut, even if u can knock it down if stays down for maybe 5-7 seconds, spending most of the time underground is just ugh. Maybe it’s a skill issue but I feel like they should really try keeping bosses that purposely waste time out of the abyss lol
Same here, heck I didn't have Zhongli until his second rerun and I was still doing fairly well in the abyss. The only decent shielder I had was Diona and she carried me with both heals and a good shield. Though I suppose it cause I played Honkai and PGR more often, so dodges there are kind of a necessity xD
real accomplishment is beating abyss with teams that are horribly mismatched and do not synergize.. you dont use zhongli but then u use the utterly busted hyperbloom.. i mean come on.
I didn’t have zhongli until 3.0 and I can’t agree more with this. zhongli makes the game a little boring to me since you do less damage and you don’t even have to care about mechanics which is the fun of playing a game
I'm a super casual player who knows the meta in theory but doesn't have the skills or time to actually apply it to the abyss- so moga struggling is relatable to me! Of course the part where he has literally every character in the game and five star weapons/constellations isn't relatable.. but hey, that's what I get for watching a content creator. It was a fun video to watch, as usual!
ok but u know the theoretical part and just lack the skill and/or resources (chars + weapons) to execute it moga ONLY has resources due to whaling but he lacks both the theoretical knowledge AND the mechanical skill

Honestly it wouldn't surprise me. Maybe triple lvl 100 midnight Masanori and you have to talk to all three of them to even start the fight, all on the clock of course.
Since you're on a Zhongli cleanse I think it'd be a great time bring out Albedo for your Itto team! He can snapshot Gorou's buff and do some really good damage as the third geo slot in that team.
Bro is so addicted to Zhongli that he forgot that Bloom damages the active character too. He really took a dendro team with NO healers to a floor with all hydro enemies and really except he won't die instantly
@@Relevart9169 i mean it's not terrible, raiden can trigger spread and give him energy, and use her burst every once in a while. there's probably better options but the pure fact that she's electro and can farm energy makes her work relatively well.
For floor 11 I took Yaoyao into floor 11 instead of my other healers for chamber 2 and 3. Was fun watching the mimics and Hypo make bloom happen for themselves.
Bro, his inability to make good team comps after all this time is kind of infuriating 😭 if you see the water mobs, just bring cryo units, you won't even get hit.
I even play on mobile yet I don't struggle like this even without using Zhongli. Guess team building is definitely his main problem here, struggling without using Zhongli in almost any team he plays. It hurts me to not see Albedo in his Itto Team despite having him and chose Noelle instead just because of the shield yet Bennett & C4 Gorou can survive him enough. Another thing is that he probably forgot picking Kazuha then use other DPS or even like Xiangling in this video especially against those Frostarm Lawachurls.
Team building and a tad bit of game knowledge too. 😅 He could've used Raiden National on first half of floor 12 and beat those frost lawachurls so much faster - giving his second team so much more time. I'll give him that Wenut is a big pain in the ass bc it's pattern can be so random, but Magu Kenki can easily be manipulated by aiming your camera to the staircase/wall, forcing him to not teleport everywhere. He really got too much dependent on Zhongli and onga boonga everything atp.
Nahh I used ZL all the time back then and still managed to 36* abyss w/o him. Was on mobile too. Only switched to controller recently. I think the issue here isn't " him being used to using ZL." It's more to lack of knowledge abt enemies mechanics and teams.
@@amnos180188he issue is actually him isn't used to play without john lee on certain teams. It's painful to see nahida soloing wenut when yelan and kokomi have their burst ready. He knows the knowledge but once he cannot use his favorite tools on practice, he's suddenly forgot those knowledges.

Hence why i said he do not have knowledge of the enemies mechanics nor fully understand the characters skills. If you know, whether you're used to using ZL or not, you will still be able to do it if you know the characters well. Hence why i said it's not really "using ZL too much" issue. It's the lack of understanding the mechanics and the characters. I mean there's nothing wrong in that. You play how you wanna play I guess. If he likes using ZL in his team then go ahead. It's the ppl with superiority issue that is annoying imo. The 'I don't use ZL and I can still beat abyss' brag. Or complaining abt the game is hard when you just do not want to learn the mechanics or characters' skills lol
it's always funny watching him struggle without zhongli as someone who doesn't like using shields. healers > shielders but even then i don't use healers that much either lol
you can knock wenut down with yelans burst pose, so you can save some time without having to charge shot and then do burst animation. it's not much but as someone who beats wenut 1 second on time it's helpful.
I think a big problem aswell not only with you being too uses to having zhongli is that you never learned any attack patterns of enemies or bosses. The hydro hypostasis fight was always like that and you waited to long at the start for your set up, and it got downed again because the hydro slime blew up in its vacinity. I think a video where you learn attack patterns for bosses would be cool, and good for your play overall.
Yup, seeing his C3 Nahida both struggle and die so much was as painful as that guy who converted his primos to standard fates instead of intertwined fates 💀
as a player who doesn't rely on zhongli, this video is painful moga, other shielders exist (diona, thoma, layla) [and healers, you were really making yourself struggle in floor 11 with no healers second half] and also, for your geo team first half, you shouldn't use both noelle and itto. choose one and then throw albedo (or someone else) in for more geo particles. running a dual dps team rarely works well (gorou and bennett heal so you wouldve been fine with just itto gorou bennett albedo) and don't forget to use nahida's skill!!! you got this, hopefully april will be a period of enlightenment for you 🙏🙌
here’s some abyss teams that don’t rely on zhongli: yelan w/ sunfire jean, miko hyper carry w/ dmc, Alhaitham/miko aggravate/quicken, Alhaitham hyper bloom, hu tao double hydro double pyro, hu tao triple hydro, kaeya melt/reverse melt, ayaka freeze (2 options ayaka w/ mona or ayaka w/ koko). I’ve tested all these teams this abyss and had a lot of fun :))

The only thing in your head is damage damage damage instead of thinking about synergy and survivability. Zhongli isn't necessary. Learn to dodge, have a healer for backup. You gotta learn enemy attack patterns. Stop using shields entirely until you can survive normal stuff.
MOGA!!!!!!!! you seriously need to learn more about team composition because there's TONS of teams in which you don't need zhongli at all, but you really went and tried to use a full geo team without him...... you got almost all characters up to lvl 90, JUST USE YOUR OTHER CHARACTERS!!! still really enjoyed your video and i still come back to watch you every time you upload, keep it up and at least try to use some different characters here and there!!!

Zhongli(Ge-0 d4d) is an addictive substance that been on the market since 1.5 and have a strong grip on the community, side effects of constant usage consist of: inability to dodge, stunted creativity in team building, skill issues escalate while using a healer, anxiety may present after lack of general usage
For the hydro cube, i would recommend taking the heal from the light blue hydro slime as he spits it out to the hydro cube, it heals your active character rather than healing the hydro cube
As a Zhongli main myself and someone who 36* while only playing mobile, I suffer with you, my friend. Though, I am better than you at dodging, which, very painful on mobile, because I do Abyss for my sister who DOES NOT HAVE ZHONGLI. I managed to 36 star the abyss this round after falling last cycle! The difference was a Flower of Paradise Lost set on Shinobu and Barbara splashing dendro cores on the Wenut. Barbara 行くよつ！
It's Noelle's Atk, you can't swap two other characters if she is attacking or in the middle of Atk animation including charger Atk. You can dash to avoid.
Even without zhongli, you can still use other units for abyss. Don't forget other shielders exist (diona and layla have the next strongest shields I believe). For the hydro cube, a free team is usually the easiest and if you ever use a bloom type of team, it's basically necessary to have a healer/shielder. Personally, I don't have zhongli but I plan to get him. Even when I get him though, I'm mainly gonna use him for abyss and certain bosses/quests/etc. You shouldn't have to rely on him to do abyss. Not only would you be bad at dodging but there are a lot of enemy mechanics you won't know. Edit: For the hydro cube, it's hard to fight in general b/c of how little down time there is. When it shoots dolphins and has the bubbles around the cube, that's probably the longest time you have.
This _"challenge"_ is one of the reasons why Zhongli is very low on my priority pull list like, just dodge bro -And I like hearing the damage taken voice lines anyway hehehe-
for the wenut, instead of waiting for its bubble thing to come up... you should use yelan and nahida burst first to that you can get more dmg when its down
I’m very proud of myself for struggling way less than you even though I am a f2p with only c0 5-stars and also with no zhongli For all first half chambers, raiden national works super well, the second half was my hyperbloom team of Nahida, Yelan, Shinobu and Venti while I used my Yoimiya, Yunjin, Diona Yelan for wenut. 600 primogem gamers
I mean some content creators who showcase Spiral Abyss Runs without Zhongli like Enviosity (his F2P team showcases) and Sevy exist and they can pretty 36-Star it.

Try hutao yelan xinqiu xiangling, it’s better than with zhongli since you already have so much interruption resistance and dmg reduction and you can use bursts for s

@@greenvega I've had Hu Tao on the Crimson set since I got her during her first banner. I'm sure Shimenawa is great, but I do want access to my burst just in case.

I used to have Zhongli in every abyss reset but now. I’ve come to realize that i should get out of my comfort zone and learn more to dodge and replace him with a healer
Happy it wasn't just me on 11-2-2 😅 Got it the first round with full cryo team, but couldn't finish 11-3-2 in time, no DPS window Rerun with pyro team got smashed constantly by those hyper aggressive hydro animals.
Yea I have friends who relied on zhongli too much as well and when they in co op weekly boos fight they are the first to die cuz no zhongli In co op KeKL
Even as a fellow Sara simp I can't even comprehend as to why Sara was in that quicken team. Or what was that team at all. Sara, Shogun, Nahida and Tighnari a simple switch of Sara to kuki or yao yao would make it light years better. We need cap to teach you how to build teams it seems Moga😂😂
