Call Beyond tip! Dodge forward. You're playing Bloodborne so that should almost go without saying but I do see a lot of people try to sidestep or run away from Call Beyond. The best luck I've had with dodging it has been to get relatively close when an NPC starts doing it, and when the stars shoot out you dodge towards them. This is better at avoiding it since the stars shoot outwards, so they have a much harder time making the 180 to get *back* to you than tracking you further away.

A word of advice for Ludwig with the boom hammer, is to not care so much for hitting r2's. He's a lot easier if you only go for them occasionally, as you end up beating him faster constantly getting swings in. Oftentimes it's better to not r1 into l1 as well, as the animation is a lot longer and can get you hit. Some friendly advice from a boom hammer fanatic

6:12 One of the interesting lore bits I've heard is that blunt and arcane resistance is actually story significant. You see, most of the great ones deal blunt and arcane damage. And beasts are resistant to blunt and arcane (even the ones in the early game where players can't get arcane damage). So the idea is that humans are turning into beasts to resist the influence of the great ones. It is all an allergic reaction. Only instead of getting hives, they start ripping out throats.

I am not sure whether you actually want to play Sekiro on this channel. Unlike all the other soulsborne games, Sekiro heavily discourages experimentation in combat. there is pretty much one right way to play the game, and if you don't do exactly that, you are going to have a problem. There is only one weapon, no magic, consumables don't get much use besides buffs. Only the shinobi tools add a bit of variety, and even those are highly situational when it comes to regular combat. Playstyles only diverge well into the late-game, when you can make active choices which skills to equip and which shinobi tools to upgrade. You'd have to heavily modify your style of content to make Sekiro work for you.

Knowing how Fromsoft works with weapons in other games but not the weapons in BloodBorne specifically. it's likely that the Tricked version does overall more damage against most enemies but actually likely does slightly less bludgeoning damage as part of adding the fire damage onto it. So that would be why the tricked version did less when it didn't do any of it's fire damage compared to the untricked version doing pure bludgeoning damage.

I personally bounced off the bulk of BB's combat cycle as I prefer defensive play but I did enjoy using the Boom Hammer a decent amount as 'you can't move on the ground' is almost as fun as tanking lol. Definitely used the Beast Cutter the most by a gigantic margin though. That's my favorite or second favorite weapon in any game I've played.

with martyr logarious, he is very finnicky with his viscerals. gotta make sure your directly behind his head when pressing it, and spamming will fuck it all up. also i find that heavy attack then dodging left the entire time made the first phase ez ( no cocking) once he charges back attack him to cancel the buff then wait for those lunges, back dodge through the attack and immediatly as you press dodge unlock. then u can do a jump attack using the stick to aim sorta blind, and he pankakes

I'm not someone anal about it but can you have someone do the game at a low level then get the Boom Hammer then drop it for you? Idk how Bloodborne co-op works or even trading items in BB works but could give Boom Hammer a lot easier

hard hitting weapon with the right build. One thing I will say for bloodborne every single weapon in the game can get you through to the end all depends on your play style
