Well even the warfarer class itself levels slower and when you reach rank 9 the other classes reach 4 so it isn't that effective for farming

@@elviskeiskiwannstrom8995 True, but for some Vocations, just getting to rank 4 will give you access to the augments you'd want for most playthroughs, like the Mage's level 2 that raises magic defense.

It definitely doesn’t one shot a drake. Maybe it’s just doing extra to the big dragon because it’s a way bigger crit point.

Same. Itsuno was right on the money when he said it's essentially an isekai simulator where you create your own unique advanture. So damn addictive. Dragon age for incredible writing, characters and romances etc. Dragon's Dogma for unparalleled gameplay and adventure.

The ring might have never been broken it just doesn't show the increase in strength for some reason.

@@biscuitsticks3274 None of the buffs show up in the status screen (e.g. brawn) but you can just test it using the dmg number mod (can't remember the exact name), it's what i did. thew+dynamisn don't affect brawn performance. I'm gonna get the mod and test the recompense ring again.

This ain't an MMORPG. And technically you have to grind the Wyrms Blood Crystals to buy the gear, unless you only want to purchase 1 or 2 weapons.

@@glaziumtck8593 the fact you think an MMORPG is the most common place to grind in a game shows you know fuck all about games. pretty much any single player game that is not story focused or objective focused has a lot of grinding. kingdom hearts 1 2 3 and all the others. every souls like game. fucking stardew valley needs grinding. valheim. every single diablo game. i can keep going but you should get my point. the first game you had to grind. the second seems like its easy mode. only grinding DG2 has is vocation leveling.

​@@jdogzerosilverblade299 No, DD2 does not have Vocation Levels as the only thing to grind. As i said, Wyrms Life crystals are a grind. Materials are a grind. Several other things are a grind. Anyway, where in my sentence did you extract my thought that a MMORPG is the most common place to grind in a game ? That was simply an example of one of the genres you will find "grinding" to be a big part of the gameplay. That just shows you know "fuck all" about me, and can't assume things properly. Not in this case, at least. If you're on an assuming trip here, you shouldn't be trying to argue or give examples of absolutely useless information. Everything in any game is a grind, depending on an individuals perspective, and the fact you thought you had to explain that some things have grinding in them just tells me you don't think very far. And to finish, both of the Dragon's Dogma games are extremely easy and do not "require" any grinding to beat. Although i do agree DD2 is easier.

I'm stating that the game is not worth 70 dollars. because its not. your opinion doesn't change that. $40 max is what the price should be. it is not AAA level though AAA quality has been going downhill over the past several years.
