As a rouge main i suggest spam your attack after you use ur stealth strike and wait for another stealth strike and spam your weapon again for extra dmg
Tbf i've been maining the Rogue class for abt 900 ingame hours and it's so strong and op once you know how to play it. And use what item when.. it feels kinda sad when everyone thinks that Rogue sucks, cause it doesn't
Love how in the end we just skip yharon, draedon and calanitas, we don't get to see their fights in full like the devour or the moonlord, kinda dissapointing but oh well guess time awaits for no man, especially one brought to heel by this run.

@@josuedias5802 I really enjoyed infernum with rouge class and it wasn't hard tbh true melle harder for me but also very nice and not really complicated, and a good rouge build just makes u like a 3tapper for bosses
rogue isn't bad, it just requires a completely different playstyle to take full advantage of it, compared to other classes it requires a much more methodical playstyle to properly manage stealth, and good aim to not waste the freakishly high burst damage if you know how to use it its definitely one of the best classes

i think it's funny how most people forgot/don't know that you can fish that shark pickaxe and mine hellstone, which helps a lot on the game progression
1:10:12 Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Something odd about this. Notice if you might that he actually gets hit with almost no hp by the devours jump from portal to portal, an atack that can almost 1 shot a full tank, the message in the chat box says he got killed but instead instanly respawns on the bed with full hp, he does lose the small tad bit of adrenaline, something that does infact confirm that he was hit and killed but was taken back to the fight with full hp, alowing him to finish what would have been just another failed attempt should this not have happened, and judging by how quickly he past by the last bosses, yharon, draedon and calamitas theres something that tells me thag either he didn't have the time or will to edit or show his deaths, or cheated by having an instant respawn and panickly tried to end the video. Of course this is just speculation but its something that my eyes caught. (Sorry if I repeat some part as I am writting this on a phone, its my skill issue of being broke.)
I actually experienced that bug myself. You need to teleport at the same time the boss kills you, which for some reason skips the respawn timer entirely. Not sure if it's due to the shorter respawn timer mod or it was originally like that in the base game. It's pretty hard to do it on purpose and is usually done on accident.

I did kinda do aureus to try and rebuild the astral beacon but it required an ancient manipulator so I cheated the astral beacon in and forgot up until I beat golem with pre-plantera weapons
OK, so here is a funny story that happened today. I am a newbe to calamity. Never played it before, never read a wiki. And today I happened to defeat Calamitas clone on revengence and I really liked her fight so I wanted to fight her again, but before I did that, I happened to test my new summoner staff on the infernum deerclops and I forgot to chance back to rev, and so when I summoned Calamitas clone, I was shocked that it was the infernum one. I was literally begging for mercy, but I was able to push her down to her last phase on my 1st attempt. That was a shock to me because It felt like I would never be able to beat the mech trio and the ocean worm on infernum, but here I can beat Calamitas??? So what ended up happening is that I beat her in like 5 attempts or so, and she was insanely fun to fight. Also, thanks for telling me that I need to fight the toxic ocean glist underwater. I didn't know that.😅
Just finished my first infurnum run on ranger! This video came out with good timing. My run took 85 hours so I can feel some of your pain. Rouge is ass though.
as one of the rare ass rouge mains i can say beating infernum rouge only is not to difficult. However for the average non rouge enjoyer i understand your struggles and applaud you. congracts on your victory padawan you deserve it
Brother I just woke up and saw your video btw. Why do you think rogue is bad rogue is really fun and powerful, it may seem he is bad near mid game but that’s it. ( the ranger class is agreed upon many to be the worst calamity class )
Seconds after I have seen this video in my recommendations I knew that Toast will suffer in pre DoG (cuz I already completed infernum Rogue stealth strikes playthrough). But I went a little bit much, much harder way of beating DoG. Before it I also tried beating Old Duke for his big ol' scythe with big ol' damage (damage was so high I actually beated Yharon with this thing). Wasted 800+ att on DoG (before beating Old Duke, after that I whooped his ass on first try) and 500+ att on Old Duke, never playing Rogue in Infernum again. Also when I played there was a bug with Purity and Rogue fast shooting weapon that creates with cosmilite bars (infinite stealth attacks. 60k+ dps). This combination kills Yharon under 30 secs and makes Exo Mechs with SCal a big ass joke. I felt so bad about it that I went into Infernum once more, but with summoner this time (but this time no problems, calamity made summoner the most op class ever).
I also did an infernum rogue playthrough and I must say that it is a bit harder than the melee playthrough I am doing rn, but that's probably just because it was my 1st time playing Infernum. So idk, I don't really think rogue is bad at all (I did mostly spam the weapon with few stealth strikes here and there so idk, maybe spamming is just better for rouge).
Whether or not stealth strikes are better depends on the weapon, for example the heavenfallen stardisk can do upwards of 8000 damage with a stealth strike, but the fantasy talismans do more damage by just spamming
I’m pretty sure whoever made the Inferium difficulty for this mod is a Touhou(bullet hell) fan since the end game boss attacks and the fact that there are several weapons referencing that series…
wait wait wait, it took you until daddy duke to realize late game dashes can go through enemies... that explains why you lost so much to other bosses lol

you are such a real one for the deerclops hate. I'd rather try to nohit all post moonlord bosses than say something good about deerclops. aint no way you had that much trouble with cryogen but then found the twins to be easy
why whenever i play calamity im fully locked in sweating bullets trying to beat calamitas but whenever i do something like i dont know A MATH EXAM my brain stops? just asking for a friend
im doing my first calamity playthtrough (second terarria one im ahead of my vanilla playthrough lel) and ive been playing rouge other than for cryogen been really fun, am on cultsist rn

Does it say he beat them on his 4th attempt? Idk if it does, but if it does I doubt that tbh. I found exo mech to be the hardest fight in the game (havent fought calamitas yet). It looked a bit sketch to me too. They kill you in three hits and you have to be amazingly consistent to manage to dodge them well enough for four and a half minutes.
Idk how much u can say u liked this mod but if u wnat a similar bullethell death simulator game I wou recommend realm of the mad God exalted. Same idea bullet hell but 2 key differences 1 it's Prema death 2 there is a instant home safe button. Just an idea if u like this type of torture (also it's a mmo so get to be social)

im going to watch this whole video but i will be saying some issues and tips. first king slime i dont know how you didnt see the gems health bar you can kill it and make it go away also the gem is a revengeance mode ai change its not even a infernum exclusive now the ninja that is
I only played revengeance melee class and it took me 30 tries to beat astrum deus, and skip golem to beat duke and dodge the its dashes eith muramasa to go back and beat the shit out off golem.
