He couldn't have, he was on an alternate account. Literally the only flying creatures he had at the beginning when he was doing Articuno were Kemoti, Kriffen, Vaumora, Venatrox, and Kaluaka.
I just realized you can make at least one legendary for every game up to gen 7 Gen 1: aolenus for zapdos Gen 2: aolenus for Ho oh and keruku for Lugia Gen 3: magnecetus for Kyogre Gen 4: a warden of wich i forgot the name for Giratina Gen 5: Taurolystris for Kyuren black form Gen 6: vaumora for Yvaltal and verklixin for Xernias Gen 7: asilvestra for solgaleo and moluna for lunala Edit: i actually made the lunala skin and you can do it whitout buying or using extra collor paterns. Also it looks really cool with glimmer.

Articuno was ight. Ivysaur was definetly a recolour. Minawii pika was perfect (dowatt would have been cool to see). Snorlax was pretty bad. You should definetly make a video where you got like 30 days to become a professional skin maker lol
