i dont know but in my personal experience it is not uncommon to get 30-50 numbers of girls, many of which showed real interest in you in person, to all of them just end up being worthless. They won't respond back and aren't interersted in meeting up. I've actually only had one successful cold approach and about 100 fails so far.
