Another retro repair... 1991 was a great time for video games and also budget handheld devices for us poor people who couldn't afford Gameboys.
I bought this off eBay for £7.99 boxed but no cards or instructions. It was listed as 'doesn't turn on'.
But we can repair it and go one better, get it playing and using a barcode from the most unusual source... my ARM?!
The Barcode Battler was a forerunner to Digimon and Pokemon. If you were lucky enough to be Japanese you could even link it to your Famicom or Super Famicom!
