103eaglecrest What I showed was a screen grab of a google earth view of my lawn that I marked up on my phone. As for the measurements, I was out there with a tape measure, string and pegs. Old school. I’m sure there is an app, but I did it all by hand then saved the pic on my phone.

Champion GQ looks SO good. I did an overseed using Champion GQ in 2018 and planted 150lb over 4.5k sqft. I had some wash out so I think the effective rate was 25lb per 1k sqft. It was so fun to cut and stripe.
Phillip Cagle I had a ton of washout as well. The. Ran out of time. Next fall I’m gonna put another 100lbs down. It’s patchy right now. Looks good, but not as think as it needs to be. But it looks awesome!
