Aurora, Family owned, Alaskan born, loving it my guess is on Alaska Edit: And before you say Alaska is not a city, let's be fair pretty much everything in Alaska is Anchorage or the middle of no where, it is like Utah where you have Salt Lake area and then nothing else as far as cities go, the next closest thing to a city in Utah is St George Utah and even there the tallest building is just the hospital at 5 floors, not really a city, more of a town.

In my experience with the Retail Archeology channel, the people who make these video's are sometimes people filming interesting architecture. In the specific case of that channel, it's just before that architecture is torn down.

As a WV boy, I could pretty much immediately recognize my state @14:50 but i cant fault you at all for not recognizing a small town in the backwoods most of my own country thinks is just called Virginia. I also find it kind of cool that South Korea and WV seem to be similar, considering I’ve wanted to visit Korea since I took Taekwondo when i was younger.

Holy shit, I’ve watched NL for so many years, CONSISTENTLY dipping out of all geoguessr content as soon as it starts Within 2 minutes of the start of this video on autoplay, just as im about to close it, he lands on exactly the bus stop in Portland that i used to hop off at- right next to subway, payless shoes, and the beaver store- to walk three blocks to work at centurylink during one of the most hopeless periods of my life. So nostalgic and poignant and completely, utterly meaningless, all at once. Doesn’t feel real somehow I’ve moved past that period now, but the island i live on is being rapidly gentrified by microsoft remote-covid-working managerial class families and rich vacationers, and there’s essentially no affordable housing here. Will i have to brave living under the elements again, or moving in with my parents? Is the fate of all non-digitally/managerially/automationally useful people to be shoved into 1.
