I guess bec of workshop also? They are rich enough to paid for it. It's about developing talents. Example G-force, pag may pang enroll ka madedevelop mo ang pagsayaw. Growing up I was also talentless pero even without workshop you can develop your talent just by keep practicing. Tyaga lang din talaga.
