Thank you! It feels so good to laugh. It is really hard at times. Thank you for seeing that. What has really helped is a a coping mechanism I learned over the years - to make sure to find something to be thankful for each day - even if it is something small in the scheme of thigns - like a cuddle from my dog or getting to wear my favorite sweater. I know it sounds cheesy, but being thankful changed my perspecitive. I don't deny the suffering- because it is real and really tough. I just don't only want my life to be about suffering so finding something good in the day reminds me it is worth it and that life is good. Sending a hug your way.

As a bright RU-vid creator is known to say with regularity: You are not alone. I feel a bit guilty, but I giggled a time or two. (This should be required watching for all who have to ingest the prep, plus the makers of the stuff!) PS: Made a long comment on your 10/13 video. 🤗

I'm on the more frequent colonoscopy path too, will check back to this the next time I have to drink the vile liquid!

Picolax may be better. It is Less volume. I had a meter of colon removed and I use picolax for ostomy blockages

I will check that out. My last one was reduced in quantity too but looked like more than what Kelly was drinking.

@@ginnyvibes it is a good idea to discuss it with your surgeon or prescribing doctor. My doctor gave it to me. However, I think there are some people who have had problems with it. This is the same with all medications I suppose. Humans are all different. I was just glad I’ve never had to drink a large quantity of stuff.

Ahg... I never had a colonoscopy but stomag and colon issues run in my famely. So many nights i need a medical drink like that. I dont know what its called but it is Macogrol & Electrolytes. And that tastes weirdly sweet to and not a good sweet 😉. My issues may also come from my genetic disorder. The docktors see a increased number of patience dealing with consipation from young age. Hope your examination whas going well. Hugs Marloes ❤️
