Many of you like to point out that Daki only shoots gold. Well, No More! In this video, twitch chat challenged Daki to three mark the GSOR 1010 for a second time but with a catch, he's not allowed to fire a single premium round!

mainly to support commander drops before it ends - at least that was his idea. Just personally hoping we can keep the momentum going with regular once a week uploads atleast once I pick up full time work again.

Hm, shooting in WoT somewhat secondary, skill lies mainly in knowing where to be, when to push, when to retreat... This no gold pride some people push is ridic.

It's nice to see someone trying to play without gold ammo. I've been playing since closed beta and I've never used gold ammo, food and directives because I feel it creates an unfair advantage.

In my opinion premium ammo does, but food etc not. Everyone can use food and gain the same percentage of improvement, while premium ammo negates anything with armor. Personally I only play with regular ammo most of the time, except for situations where I play against OP tanks or players that spam gold at me.

Yes gold ammo is by far the worst thing implemented into the game. It is practically legal cheating that is implemented for the sake of increasing the company's profits.@@benflap9374

It is only apparent. As a completely free-to-play player, it is impossible to play for a long time and to use those things that are supposedly available to everyone. They want to make you pay real money to pretend you are a much better player than you really are. The company's employees know human nature and use it to increase profits.@@de_CracKer

I noticed that the premium ammunition controversy only exists in Europe. On the American and South American servers, no one cares. I find that these cultural differences are interesting.

Honestly I just want premium ammo to be just a little worse damage if it's higher pen. Higher damage premium ammo has worse pen. It just makes sense for gameplay reasons.

@@azi2gWhat about when you get uptiered in a T8 heavy and you literally cannot do anything as your gold ammo reduces your dpm by a "fair" 30-40% so it would take you 2 minutes to kill a superheavy hitting and penning every shot

They should just price the gold shells as standard and nobody would ever cry again. I know that gold shells is WG's way of draining credits off whales but by doing so it makes free to play players gameplay feel miserable...

You have it entirely backwards. People who can spend money or play the game a lot won't ever run into that issue. Draining credits through premium ammo is fully aimed at people in the beginning stages. They want to compete, so they use premium ammo which compels them to buy premium time and tanks.
