What you are saying it's true mah ❤ I am married to a Christian as I am a Christian but he is an adventist their beliefs are totally contrary to me as a pentecostal... Honestly we live peacefully because I submitted n I have to follow their protocol... If I want to pray the way I pray or to speak in tongues I will have to do that whenever he is away... There where times I said that I will change him but it didn't go well so this religious thing is important when you are considering marriage.... Don't marry just because you are both Christians but u need to have the same faith otherwise one has to suffer n mostly it will be us ladies coz we have to submit no matter what ❤

Thank you so much ma. I’ve experienced that, where the guy who wants to go out with me is a Muslim. He has a Christian name so I didn’t see that coming at all till he told me. Being born again I explained that I cannot be unequally yoked. The subject of praying for him came up from friends who think he is a good catch. I do pray for him but no longer interested and discouraged him from continuing as a result of that. Thank you so much for the confirmation of my concerns and I know I’ve made the right decision. Must say I love the way you broke it all down in your delivery 👌🏾, God bless. 🙏🏽♥️

Well done Pst. Anwili, my concern is this, as a genuine child of God, the Holy Spirit is supposed to reveal and direct us in every decisions in life, so this sister, was it the Holy Spirit that revealed that young man to her, or is she using her physical observations and her expectations in a man to make her decisions? If it's not God leading her, the end may be disastrous, that's unequal yoke

I equally agree with you Mama, religion issues in a relationship has to be looked into critically before making commitments And hoping to pray for a partner to change mostly it doesn't work as expected then it leads into frustrations and even continuous arguments

The Bible verse she quoted is still relevant too. That you are both Christians doesn't mean you both agree too. You have to consider all the doctrinal differences before making a decision.

Well done ma for the wonderful advice and teaching but I want to ask a favor from you please speak about christian marrying a Christian but different church. Because we christian we satisfy our selves just because we marry a Christian. Then we come to realize that we have different believes and we stand in different angles and all of us think that we are right at our angel then it becomes a problem And these difference are either not seen or ignored before marriage during courtship. Please ma speak about that too.

Dearest sister, you already answered your question - 'you are already confused' God is not an author of confusion... Certain Muslims claim we serve the same God and use Allah as another word for God, which is not an accurate definition of the God of the Bible. We do not serve the same God. Our God is the triune God; The Father, the Son, the Spirit. There's is just Allah who sent a messenger Mohammed... Their Jesus, called Isa, is a prophet. Please, that Is isn't our Jesus because he didn't die and resurrected and impacted us with the Holy Spirit, ALL of which doesn't exist in the Quran... In plain words marrying a Muslim makes a god who isn't Jehovah your father in law... And if it isn't God then it is the devil... Please kindly seek the truth and be ready to embrace it however hard... Marriage is a depth that NOBODY can predict except God Almighty. So, sis, let go and let God... The best, according to His will, will surely come.

Hi Sandra 💕 I've met Christian women who married Muslim men and unfortunately, their children had to be Muslims. This breaks many mothers' hearts, knowing that their children are separated from God. I would advise you to take some time to think about this. Ask yourself if you would be willing to be with someone who can't push you forward in purpose. In my opinion, a life partner should partner with you in fulfilling destiny. That wouldn't be possible with an unbeliever because destiny is centered on Christ's will for you. Good day, @Christiana, in truth, none is necessarily important to come before the other but both are equally important , we can see an instance in the scriptures (Acts 10:44-46), the case of Peter and Cornelius, who was baptised in the Holy Ghost, he and his household, even before they were baptised in water. There are also other instance of people being baptised in Water (Acts 19) then receiving the Holy Ghost baptism. To be baptised in the Holy Spirit, you need to be born again, and to hunger for it.
