@@lillianidahosa3266 Sure so the Exam Master Mini Courses are Mini Quizzes (detailed MCQ questions with explanations), Mini Notes (essentially condensed notes that I put together to try to focus on what matters most), my Exact Fundamentals I used to pass all exams first try and in 4.5mths and I also breakdown on video 30+ questions you may see on the exam. That last one is to try to give you an insight into my mind of how I approach MCQ's. It's kind of an all in one package for each course. I wouldn't recommend using only a 3rd party software... Especially for courses 2 & 4. They definetly help a ton, but they shouldnt be isolated from the Humber material. The course also teaches you some pretty valuable things for when you're actually on the job working.
I'm stuck on course 4. So short answer .....absolutely YES. Read all material. Now in more detail. You, Collum, inspired me to do this course in 6 months; despite, English being my second language. I was reading all and later I tested my knowledge with Passit. Courses 1,2,3 well over 80% no problems. So course 4 I decide only practise with Passit .........and what a surprise on the test 2 weeks ago ......only 70%. I didn't even have one question from Passit on my test in Humber. All question was long and tricky ..Now I use whatever I have, first, I study all material from Humber and still use Passit ...i will see next week (on my exam) if that makes a difference, but I'm sure it will....Maybe I should buy your course I like to, but I spent too much on this already .... Thx for your RU-vid channel, for new people like me it helps a lot considering this is an online course . You do what they (Humber Collage) should do ....explain . Thank You for your explanation.....
Course 4 when we polled the group was voted the hardest course. I found it ok but yes everyone does get a different exam. So glad the channel helps Zen! You're doing great!
@@CallumMoorekw Quick update. This time Exam 4 was relatively easy short questions with short answers. Took me 1h 45min. to complete. Score, easy 85%. So in conclusion, -every exam I different (you can be lucky or not) -read all your material from Humber College -use Passit -use Exam Master Mini Course design by Callum Moore (I did and can highly recommend it, good value for the money) I bought Master Mini Course Sims 2 , and if you read this I recommend doing the same. Hey Mahreen, so glad to help! Sure so the Exam Master Mini Courses are available from from C1 to SIMS 2. It’s my exact fundamentals I used to pass every exam first try, as well as Exam Master Mini Notes, Mini Quizzes and I also breakdown 30+ questions on video that you will see on the exam. I put them together as I was getting a lot of request for 1 on 1 tutoring. I did a few of them but it was expensive for the student and I could tell if was very hard for them to retain the knowledge I was teaching in a 1 hour session. So I put these together and it’s kind of an all in one for the fraction of the price of a 1 hr tutoring session plus you can have it to refer back to leading up to the exam. If I’m being honest it's way more than I could even teach in a 1hr session. It just seems more practical for everyone! As far as C3 goes though. I wouldn't worry at all about the Math questions. They just don't come up often. So if you're purchasing the Exam Master Mini Course just for that, I'd say don't worry there. 👍But good luck on C3 Mahreen and reach out with anything! 😀
assuming both work for the same brokerage, does a broker/broker of record make more than a real estate sales agent? Essentially why does one need to pay and study more to become a broker?
Hey. So as a managing broker or broker of record you can still trade in real estate but some of those positions also receive a salary. You are also a step closer to opening your own brokerage if you like.
Yes. I suggest using at after each module as a good change in learning and then focus mainly on the 3rd party tools after finishing reading the material as you lead up to the exam. In that study period refer back to the material when needed. 👍
Hi I have a quick question , I just finished reading course 2. Should I just practice on passit now to take exam ? Or I should revise course 2 again along ?
i just passed course 2 by only using pass it. didn't read any material... every person is very different. i don't like read the material college prepared for me. it is so boring... i like to learn actively by myself... so i try to answer all questions from passit. read explanation. if i still cannot understand. i google it.check RECO website. check government website.
@@jurreeullahsheikh9865 hm..to be honest it depends. i would say. if you really hard working i mean spend more than 4-5hours everyday. then i would say 2weeks. if you are lazy as me -.- 1month.
Nothing yet no. The Exam Master Mini Courses are fully up to date awaiting the changes. Humber are expected to make the TRESA switch this year in 2024. I have heard anywhere from April until the end of the year.
