I feel like the game is discouraging proper boxing now but is still fun. Like you can piece a dude up for 4 rounds and then lose cause he catches you with lucky power shots that he throws nonstop.
@@thatsamazin-on what planet do u need harder punches and boxing if they do that stamina has to come down bc boxers dont even throw good nighters until really round 5+
Harder punish needed for powershot whiffs like more stamina drain and/or recovery time to make spamming super risky. I only did boxing for seven months, but doing powershots drained the crap out of me.

With the power shots I feel like if you counter it you should get a really nice stun, or even a wobble so it’s risky , definitely if they come with two power hooks back to back
I honestly feel like there needs to be more animation changes, traditional punch style A has so many unique animations that other styles don’t have, and it’s the only style I like using currently, I also feel like power shots need to be set up, swinging them out in the wild should be heavily punishable, because they look so slow, but when you try to slip them it either bypasses or your counter does baby damage, I shouldn’t feel like I’m fighting clubber lang in every fight
Momentum towards punches needs to be buffed, thats the fix for midrange medium punches, it should be footwork based, so essentially if you step into the side the shots coming from or walk into the straights, the momentum should have effect in the shot itself
This game definitely need some attention from the devs but dam martial just seems disappointed/unhappy about in every undisputed gameplay video his energy is way lower & point out every flaw he finds compared to when he started playing ufc 5 when that game is literally ufc 4 with a different sub system but was hyped playing that

I would love a boxing game to be as close to a true simulation in gameplay as possible. But I don’t think the majority of gamers would be able to handle what realistic boxing is , majority would just be crybabies and quit immediately. If you look at the amount of punches people throw in every round it’s the furthest thing from realism, yet that’s all people want to do is trade punches and swing wildly. A small % like to box tactically and would love more realism , but the majority would just quit immediately once they realize how much thinking and patience would be required to make a true sim
Yeah i couldn't understand how i was getting hurt at first and then i noticed them power punches i was getting laid out but every fight i approach it with the mindset it's a powershot player and dance round the ring picking them off
Bro respectfully you think that back dash is nice cause your using it and you have no intention of abusing it. Just wait bro. Wait till you fight a cheeser Larry holmes , tyson fury, or loma. And they throw 1 hook or jab teleport backdash, 1 hook or jab Teleport backdash, 1 hook or jab teleport backdash from long range and rinse and repeat. backdashing so far away its no possible to do anything. Ino most of the game tester have specifically asked for it to be nerfed because of how overpowered and problematic it is
@@TheBrotherHoodSports backdashing/back stepping is real yes but not how depicted on this game using larry, fury, or loma. They cover a fake unrealistic amount of distance and are glinding like akuma in street fighter. Thats why people referred to it as a teleport backdash
I personally think that there needs to be a major damage increase across the board, if you get hit this much in real life, it’ll be a first round knockout every time

Im confused, didn't everyone complain about no power on punches now there is power now it needs nerfed? lol Stop being a sitting duck. Use the pivots. Use the head movement counter with your own power shots.
Id say its more so the stamina. Power punches are fine but if youre spamming it too much it should tax ur stamina abit. Especially if youre not landing shots. Deontay wilder is broken to use. Doesnt run out of stamina@Treyski4410
I was looking forward to getting this game, but this is garbage. The stamina penalty not being considerably higher and punches not being interrupted just ruins everything. And these developers were supposed to be boxing fans..
