Conflict of nations would be a good option for you. You could access the community as well as just making multiple follow up videos on multiple games with the titles and thumbnails just about your advances and such.

I enjoy the open dialogue you have with your fans. Youve talked a lot about how to approach this game in an enjoyable way for everyone, may i suggest an approach similar to what youtuber Northernlion does with his Binding of Isaac videos? he experienced the same problem with his fanbase loving the series but that amount of one game can get really repetitive. His method is he records a bulk of content and divides it into episodes that he releases daily, this has also allowed the series to become much more conversational and have a podcast feel. it works out well because he doesnt have to play the game daily as one recording session could provide days of videos.

I have absolutely no issue with watching attempts at challenges even if you lose. One reason I watch your videos is because they're short, snappy, and interesting. Like, play 2/3 matches a day on a challenge, upload the most interesting one? Or, what you could do, spend a few hours over a few days at a challenge, and then when you win, upload some of the more edited fails showing highlights, and finish with the win.

Dude, you could just accept the non aggression pact with Husanid Empire in Australia. He literally requested it from you maybe one minute before he attacked you in Antarctica. Or create a non aggression pact with Ming Dynasty, who was his big neighbour in South East Asia😣

Regarding the video length, I think it depends on the audience you want to have. Take Lathland, for example. He puts out lots of single hour Stellaris playthroughs, yet those video I always watch fully. So, honestly I say produce the content YOU want to produce, and YOUR audience will consume as much as they want.

The people who want short videos can just watch what they want out of it. Maybe put in timestamps for different types of matches that your viewers are interested in

I think its more about making the frustration entertaining and over the top and not just blocking it out. I've seen a lot of youtubers burn out trying to be mega PC with content and It can weigh on them and add a lot of unnecessary pressure. Remember to just have fun with your videos. 🙂

Personally i would prefer 20-30min is ideal for a video.

I'm an 8% people ! For the video time, imma tell you what a French president once said : you can be do what you want to do But if you want more people to stay the whole video, like 20 minutes, around 2 or 3 matches, when it's more than half an hour, some people don't even click on the vids because it's "too long" 😒 and for us 8% a long video once in a while will make us happy ^^

You should balance challenges and just long plays. It’s kinda annoying for the click bait titles but I like the content 😅 like maybe more win x games in a row type stuff like 10 wins in a map and define wins as either 100%, survive on board, or some other “win” condition right? Just more structure, honesty in vid titles, and game and chill vibes would be awesome 🎉

You could alternate, from hour videos, to 20 minute videos. However, I like the long videos better :D
