Still, T90 played good. He actually beat The Viper, no Cumans, no civ win, no cheese, yeah Viper was laid back, but he wasn't throwing. Tristan just played his heart out and made some good decisions.

Umm, he just beat the best player in the world. Pretty sure he should be happy. T90 doesn't get an ego, he doesn't take himself seriously that's one of the best things about him

He is the best but do you think he can't be beaten. t90 isn't bad actually, he's beaten some top names before. you could be right, but I've also watched some epic fails by viper. I'm fans of them both, I like them as people too so I think I'm being as unbiased as I can

As a caster, T90 has seen hundreds of viper games to be able to predict exactly what viper would go for. And also has developed a really good game sense in general. He predicted the fish trick instantly. (When many pros could have fallen victim and ended in a mastapiece video.) T90 isnt a weak player and just watching him play just shows how high the T90 apm was in the game. Certainly i cant play like that. He also did not get cocky and remained humble never underestimating viper's chances for a rebound. In the end a very deserved win.

exactly you got to realize that there's only a limited number of players available at a given time... sure sometimes there are lots of active players but you can't expect to match up with level 60-100 players just because that's roughly your range and ofc the top 30 players or so are also likely to be the most active it gets increasingly more demanding to stay on top

In a fast paced, stressful game like this, it's not worth it and takes too much time--it costs him wood to do that, so let's say he auto-queues 5 times--that's 60 wood a piece, that's 300 wood that's been spent but not currently being used, which could be used to make units or buildings costing wood, which could set him back--as opposed to just waiting until the farms actually need reseeding and THEN spending it, so it would only be that same 60 wood each time as opposed to 300 wood all at once which is much harder to gain back in the same amount of time, compared to a single farm with 60 wood cost.

T90 is just humble, he's actually a voobly 2k+ player

T90 is quite good, in fact, probably the best of the casters. There was a caster vs caster free for all tournament some time back which he won.

LOL this took me far too long to get. At first I thought Gandalf was the username of another caster. 10/10 caught me off guard.

Man, try that! I played a dozen of games so far in past month, and I lost most of them, but when you're paired to a noob like you, it's pretty funny. I had an amazing match last week against a guy with similar 15xx rating, and it was a blast. Yeah, a bit slower paced game, we're both novice players, but still fun! ;-)
