I found one of those Zurg blasters at the Value Villauge recently, but it was hella broken unfortunately. At first I thought it was way older than it is, so mad props to whoever made it for nailing the vintage Nerf design.
I picked up the Zerg Blaster a while back, because I liked space themed stuff. It was always crappy. Then I took some a barrel from the buzz bee rads 12 and used jb weld plastic bonder to attach. Now it shoots darts and holds 3. Actually has really good performance now.
A cheap early mod for the hammershot was taking the spring from rotater x8 and putting it in the hammershot. Would that not mean that a hammershot size spring would work in the woody blaster?
I think a Tek-4 spring might fit the Sheriff Woody blaster. They have a small diameter, but as most Buzz Bee revolver springs are, they're pretty beefy.
Apparently both of these blasters are made by Lanard. Both of these are also reshells, with the little blaster being a reshell of the Rotator X8, and the Zurg one is a reshell of one called the Triblaster. I looked that up on the Nerf Wiki, which does have information on that. I don't know if that helps any, because Lanard stuff is a pain in the rear to find online. But, I hope it at least gives you a lead.
I’m intrigued by these superhero blasters you promised, as you already did both sheilds. There are a few DC hero boomco guns, but I don’t think that’s what you mean
If you got any Zurg balls, send em my way. Just picked one up at my local Goodwill (along with a vintage Hyperfire) (also my first time actually GETTING something worth keeping. Yay!) and I can't seem to find any anywhere. If not, can I just ask the brand of them?
Captain Xavier After looking at it more closely, I realized that would be difficult. You could try another compression spring, but you probably wouldn't get enough compression in the main spring.
WalcomS7 did a tag back of the Nerf Buzzsaw and it uses them. They appear to be about the same size. I think you can still order them from Ebay in five packs.
you can maybe do it up like those Auto Air New Guns that have those proprietary clips, the one that goes up that i always forget the name but it is Semi Auto
For next week of k26 (in case you havent found any blasters for that episode yet): the magstrike and destiny... i am not sure but i think both of them use springs for some reason.

This is why I like you better than other, bigger, nerfing channels like Coop772.... That and you have a solid weekly upload schedule compared to Coop’s “I upload just whenever” schedule. Captain Xavier I didn't think to see about the speed load 6 but vigilantes are like 6 bucks and will you be doing paint jobs for the hero masks and k26 for the hero blasters.
Captain Xavier I wasn’t sure it was but I was just curious. Also you may want to try a spring for my jolt snap fire or crossfire for your Woody blaster. Just a thought.
