I wrote a legacy challenge for him actually, it’s called the Weenies To Riches challenge, I wrote it back in July. It’s on tumblr if you’re interested. For the record you have to type in a username, my username in order for it to pop up.
Love the chaos of this series! I made juice from the trash plant before never thought of doing it from the "meat". Also would totally buy a hoodie or mug that said "I'm just a humble hotdog, trying to make a humble living" made me laugh when I heard it.
The next "can you get rich with..." should be with a christmas tree. You can put presents under it for free and open them to get a lot of things, even the 1.000 simoleon microscope, it should be really good
That sounds like a good randomiser for the "seed money" for a gentler rags to riches - however much you make by opening presents from the smallest pile, that's your household starter funds. A nice potential alternative to dumpster diving for your start, so you can buy whatever equipment you're going to need
@@scaredycat6562 just put a crib and some toys in there. Or a wood cutting table and plonk a debug baby on it. MURDER BABY- (sorry- it’s a common thing in sims basements for the baby to the become the dinner or something like that)
I love how sentimental Kayla gets every Rags-to-Riches when Stanley cooks his first real meal w/ his own stove, when he uses his own shower for the first time, etc
This is my favorite way to make money in the game. It gets even better if you sell them using the yard sale table with the highest markup. That way, kids can work the table to sell too. My favorite fruits to use are lemons (gives inspired moodlet) and the tree of emotion fruits because they grow year round.
Can Stanley make money quick from the volcanic activity lot trait from island living? It sends out lava rocks that you can break open and collect items from that he could sell
Hey lilsimsie you might not see this but hope your OK with the storm that's hit you area. And I hope your new home is not to damaged. Loves and prayers from Scotland xx
My boyfriend always gets so confused when he sees me watching this series, it’s honestly my fave 😆 bye bye filming location, hope the move goes well!! Xx
last video on this house! you made so many great videos and streams there and I'll deffinetly miss it, but I'm excited for you to see the fruits of your work on the new house! Cant wait to see what you'll do next Kayla, I'm so proud!
It really is so interesting, being a long time subscriber. I remember no face cam Kayla speed building and complaining about highschool. I'd watch her play the black widow challenge while I put of my freshmen biology homework. Now I'm entering my 2nd year of college, and I'm watching Kayla grow and buy her own house. I genuinely felt like we've grown up together, and its really inspiring and motivating to know that a future is possible because I've seen Kayla do it. Thank you Kayla!
Hey Simsie I hope that you and your family are safe from this storm heading your way! Praying for yall to make it through with little or no damage! (Especially since you're moving into that new beautiful house!)
@@perpetualsunshine6035 lilsimsie made a video the other day that was a Cas challenge, and she created a sim with that story thing and the sim liked juice fizzing and lilsimsie said that she hasn't explored much that skill, and just yesterday she dropped a video related to that skill. That's the reference I was talking about!
I understand the emotion. I made a big move (moved states) when I was just a little bit older than you - I sat in a parking lot after my last day at my job out there and cried like a baby. I was super excited to move, it was simply a huge change and an emotional experience. My son actually watched this video with me 🥰 - Stanley the plushie is one of his favorites. If that hot dog manages to spark his interest in the Sims I'll owe you dinner 😆! Looking forward to the first video in the new place.
I think this would be fun to merge with get to work. Open a store where you sell fizzy juice for an insane mark up and grow your own fruit. Might do this when im bored.
I didn't remember this was a thing omg. I have a household doing the sanrio to get 1 million dollars and she dumpster dives and grows plants to sell and bees. This is PERFECT. I'm excited to go back to that save, now.
I did a rags to riches with this, and selling it with a table, it was a lot of fun ! Also I started with nothing at all and used "search ingredients" in the dumpster so it was all really random. I love this thing ! You can do so much weird stuff !
Why did I kinda get emotional with Kayla when she mentioned this was the last video in this house? 🥺 I’m excited to see what’s in store for this next chapter for you Kayla!! Also, congrats on the new house!!!
We absolutely adore Stanley in this house (well, we meaning myself and my 9-year-old daughter). We have one of the plushies and he lives on my bookshelf in my zoom background for work when he isn't being kidnapped by my kiddo. I never thought a weenie could mean so much to us. XD
Maybe you could do like an ultimate get rich rags to riches with all the best ways you've found to make money? Like a series of Stanley getting a mansion 😂
I love how differently you and James Turner play these quick rag to riches. You try to play in an organic way of selling through inventory because you won't have the patience to use the selling table. James wouldn't have the patience to sell without the selling table marked up 300%
You can make a lot of money by sending fizz samples through the mail box. This option only comes up when the sim is on a high enough level in juice fizzing, but once they are, this sample sending can make hundreds of simoleons with just one can/bottle of fizzing.
After all the try guys drama today I was kind of heartbroken and then you start the video saying "this is the last video ever tht I am filming.....in this room". You nearly gave me a heart attack, I couldn't lose more youtubers I love, PLEASE
It feels like every video is the last video from that house 😅 but I'm so excited to see the new set up. I'm happy you officially got to go out with Stanley
Ohh~ I had a sim move into Tartosa on the hill and grow a grape garden and fizz grapes all day to make inventory to mimic owning a grape vineyard and winery. She took it to the Spring Festival and sold it on the sale tables on her days off. She paid off her house loan and one day I hope the can have a little storehouse full for the future generations to build up. But for now it's just her lucrative side hustle while she to become a teacher~
As we established that HotDog is an occult, I find it super funny to think that decorating his house "hotdog themed" would be the same as decorating our home in "human theme" with like, our skin tone on the wall and hair decoration 😆 Like "Welcome to my house. This wall is obviously flesh colored for my own comfort, I really like it 😌"
A Fruity Rags to Riches with dumpster diving for ingredients is absolutely an underrated way of making money in the sims! Combine it with the selling tables, and it's a bit OP
I also never tried juice fizzing in Sims 4, but liked it in this video. Next generation of Bell family being juice fizzers and owning a Dine Out speakeasy?
You get the best profit for juicing high quality and high value items. I like making Dragon fruit fizz. If I remember correctly you can use flowers like roses and birds of paradise too. You can easily sell fizzes and seltzers for comparable prices as flower arrangements, but this is much more passive income, unless you invest in several machines. Although I find the more machines you use the more likely and more frequent the glitches are with it, especially the one where the supplies just disappear from the machine instead of the juice becoming ready.
I am shocked about how vlad got here and the first thing keyla said said is let's give him some juice. Like, it's weird because she's always deleting him because he bites, he turns you into a vampire and now she like lets give him a gift
Hey lilsimsie, I’m just starting out building more in the Sims, I used to do more gameplay, but I’ve gotten an interest in building because of your video’s. I was wondering what building cheats you use to get your items to be a super precise size and how the furniture you place goes in an exact spot of your choosing.
I have an idea when your legacy family is done. Keep playing with them or make a new one and you have to spin a wheel that will say what get rich scheme your sims need to do that gen to make money.
Juice fizzing makes a _lot_ of money. I believe five dragonfruit gives you the most money; plus, you can send your juice off to be tested and that particular fruit's juice will be worth more. Throw in the selling table, and you can mark up the price even further.
