Trust me, City will drop points against Fulham or Tottenham, or both. Liverpool will beat Aston Villa, then Tottenham will beat Burnley. Tottenham will think can still make top 4 in the game against City, because a win will put them a point behind Villa, before the last game of the season. City will be the only team to surrend possession to Tottenham, and hit them on the counter, and exploit their high-line, they will pay for that in that game, Tottenham will get City on transitions. But City will drop points.

Fair play to Craig for saying what he did. I was not expecting that from this video. City with a full strength side should not have any difficulty winning out the rest of their games and lifting another trophy despite what Arsenal do. But Craig is rightly voicing the sentiments of so many fans of the EPL. The fact that City are allowed to carry on indefinitely with these level of charges while lesser clubs get the hammer brought down is an insult to the sport, to other teams, and to fans of the sport and other teams. If City were ineligible to win any domestic trophies until the legal process surrounding their 115 charges was concluded, I imagine they would be actively trying to resolve them instead of doing everything possible to delay judgement until it doesn't matter anymore. Instead they're allowed to keep reaping the rewards of a team that 115 FFP violations has built. But if there was a teacher out there with 115 allegations of sexual assault, would you want them in the classroom with your children?

Your comment exemplifies the complete ignorance of most football fans. City are facing their trial over the summer, so a few months wait, not "indefinitely" as you are claiming. Some of the 115 charges are P&S charges, not FFP. FFP is UEFA. P&S is EPL. Also, they are charges, not violations, at least not yet. Inform yourself first before moaning and whining.

Man City under Pep are a great side and they have done some amazing things on the pitch. But to be honest if my club had all these charges hanging over us; even with us winning ; I would be skeptical as that stigma until proven innocent won't go away. Uefa found City guilty but City got off on a technically and didn't prove innocence and not guilty. Imagine the company you work for is performing amazing and thriving and then you have many charges against you for possible fraud etc. I'm not sure all will be rosy within the company as it will be big cloud hanging over.

As an Arsenal fan, seeing the 16 points gap between us and Villa in 4th place, shows how hard City set the standard for the league. The gap is too big, and it's hard for clubs to catch up. Next year, both Arsenal and City and Liverpool will probably spend a lot of money on players, making it even harder for smaller clubs to compete. It's not fair for teams coming up from lower divisions. No wonder why the newly promoted teams this season will be relegated.

I like Craig and the panel but their complete lack of understanding surrounding City’s alleged FFP breaches is pathetic. Everton have admitted to FFP breach and NF only have 1 while City have 115 and they’ve been saying they’re not guilty of any of it, so by virtue of that alone, it’s gonna take a tremendously longer time. But most importantly, the PL is alleging City has committed a massive conspiracy to commit accounting fraud for over a decade which includes not only all board members and many executives at City but foreign gov officials, accounting firms KPMG & Deloitte along with several sponsorship company CEOs. So please tell me Craig and ESPN how and why the City case(s) should take the about the same time as Everton (who had 1 breach and admitted guilt) and NF cases? Absolutely disgraceful that ESPN can’t even cover the very basics of this situation as so many other sporting outlets have.

Exactly. Everton and forest had shortcomings in their books, plead guilty, and so the case is handled quick. The 115 is the EPL accused city of lying, which means they accused a Saudi prince of lying, which is impossible to prove, and city denied it so the case lingers as a means to slander them and serve as copium for more poorly run clubs.

There is nothing for them to prove. The premier league is a cartel and they run their own kangaroo court dummy. Their appointed panel will be judge, jury and executioner. Pay attention to what he is actually saying. He is talking about the timing. It needs to be sorted out in a timely manner not hanging over everyone for years. They seem to be able to find time to sort out charges on smaller clubs. The priority should be to resolve the charges on the champions first or else it is all a sham. Because the charges didn't just come to light yesterday. Some of them should have been dealt with years ago. Arsenal will never get this year and last year back just as Liverpool won't get some of the past years back. If they cheated it needs to be dealt with promptly, if they didn't then that also needs to be cleared up promptly.

@@WilkinsMichael they were charged in February 2023 with 115 charges over 9 seasons. Trial is in Summer 2024. I see nothing wrong with that timeline. Unlike you keyboard warriors whose only skill is crying and moaning, the lawyers who will have to try City have to do a lot of work to prepare, to ensure that the trial goes smoothly given the stakes. They are doing things the right way, dotting I's and crossing T's.

As a journalist, I believe that you shouldn't do or say anything to mislead listeners or viewers of your media platform. This guy sounds so outraged, which suggests that there is deep-seated jealousy and hatred that's festering inside. Instead of educating, he is promoting punishment for something that's not proven to be factual. Everything about these 115 charges is allegations and before any punishment is meted out, City has to be proven guilty. worse yet, this Canadian guy, shouts, they have the better Lawyers; that's barbaric. Seriously. This should be titled We hate City. The same nonsense and in factual information being spread. Why why aren't they being charged? It's 115 huge charges. It's 115 charges claiming widespread fraud. It takes longer what is hard to understand. You can't have 3 people just rush to a decision because you want it done. It needs to be done right.
