the prosecutor admitted to their evidence being sloppy before they called in another unit to take the case over. melly is a star, and if you lock up the star you become a star. its a bad case on both sides because in my opinion melly is indeed probably guilty. but needing 12 people to believe he indeed did kill his two friends for what reason?? is going to be hard in and of itself. if they had a clip of them arguing before hand, or text or a witness to take the stand, maybe. its been 5 years and all you have against me is bullet trajectory and our (innocent incorrect story of how the scene went down when 2 of my friends were killed) you play the card of the fact you were just in a traumatic event. obviously you aren’t thinking clearly.
