Rein moving faster seems like a terrifying change, that would just make him an unstoppable menace. And most terrifying of all is that it would basically encourage the deathball tanky dive comps that are absolutely the WORST feeling thing to lose to.
Im unsure if blizzard is willing to or able to code it in the OW engine - But they could "add" an extra ability by having Right click do multiple things. E.g. Sombra "shift" goes back to old stealth, "e" is still translocator, but now "right click" does nothing on its own, but needs to be held and combined with either "left click" to hack or "e" to virus.
By the looks of it in the Sombra rework you would just get rid of Virus. You would need that mouse button back for the invis, and the damage to hacked targets would do what the current need for Virus does.
