It seems you dont understand what's going on. NUP president told Mpuuga to refund the cash and apologize publically. Seggona is not the party president he speaks on his own not for Nup, He is not the Party spokesman, He is one DP block member who defy instructions that were passed. Museveni has been corrupt for ages and will not punish his own for corruption

Mpuga was accused of corruption when he has not even got the money yet. Justice was administered to him prematurely. This shows that Kyagulanyi has a personal vindetta with Mpuga.

NUP has three wings with different future plans against another, the day NUP brought issue of all leaders will have 2 terms is the day I knew that there's a group needed to be chased out and by use of Bobi wine's hand and remain with 2 groups that will hand over the party to those who came to NUP coming from NRM party
