In this video, I discuss hormonal changes and factors contributing to weight gain, and we'll explore whether drugs like Wegovy and Ozempic can help. I share insights from a study on Semaglutide's impact on weight loss in postmenopausal women with obesity, including the benefits of combining it with hormonal therapy.
While these medications show promise, I also cover the importance of a holistic approach, including proper nutrition and exercise, to preserve muscle mass and overall health during menopause.
