A concession is final and cannot be declined or withdrawn. Any stroke made after the concession would be considered practice which is permitted in match play. Arian can take as many practice stokes he wants.

Big cat needs a rules lesson. Caddie holding weeds back for his chip on 2 is a violation. Once hole is conceded you can practice as much as you want. Drop from cart path can be back on fairway if thats the closest. So many more.
